It was an easy check in check out and there were free cookies

The location was great. The area seemed safe. The check-in process was easy and the late-night front desk member was very nice. We had forgotten a razer and a toothbrush and the hotel provided basic ones complimentary. The beds were a little firm but the room had very nice ammenities. Also it made no sense that there were two TVs but no wall dividing areas. There was not a lot of outside noise, very quiet even though we were close to a main road, train tracks, and the elevator. Breakfast was so nice. The staff was really on point to make sure things were in stock.

Found it odd to have the bathtub in the room itself.

We stay here every visit ti UK. Friendly front desk, nice clean rooms, and excellent breakfast. Location is very close to a lot of attractions. We will definitely be back!

The room was big and comfortable. The pillows were close to perfect in their softness level. I was able to go swimming (Cali guy) when it was 35 degrees outside in their lovely indoor heated pool/spa. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here when my husband was interviewing for a job at the University hospital, and it was only a few minutes away, and we certainly could have walked if we wanted to. The breakfast was fine, and our room was nice and clean. No complaints.

Great location to stay after the excitement of the Derby, only about an hour out of Louisville. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous and check in/out was fast and efficient.

Very clean, comfortable room. Good location relative to UK. Thermostat was not functioning and no one came to fix it.

Excellent and convenient location for college visits and dropoffs. Onsite free parking near multiple shopping venues and restaurants. Easy in and out!

Very Relaxing weekend, Staff was great, Hot Breakfast very good and the railroad did not affect us, could not hear it in the room. Would Stay again! O H I O!!!!!!!!!!!!

this hotel has a great price, a good location, and good accomodations.

Only issue was the noisy train. UK is in walking distance.

Nothing special. But it was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast brunch was a little on the greasy side

My value rating might not be completely fair: I unfortunately booked the night before my stay and did not realize that Keenland (horse races held only in April and October in Lexington) drew so many people and it was UofK's homecoming, etc....so I got about the only room left near downtown Lexington and paid $309.00 per night. Hotel was nothing special - at all - not even a high-end Holiday Inn. It was just okay. The front desk was friendly, however, when the maid cleaned the room, she did not restock coffee, stryrofoam coffee cups (not even glass ones avail), shampoo or lotion. I had to got to the front desk to get more. All that being said - my own fault to wait so long to book on such a busy weekend.

Some alarm went off in middle of night. Breakfast was very good!

this hotel was conveniently located right on UK campus and just five miles to Keenland. There are lots of Goidelic places to eat nearby, some within walking distance. The best part is that everyone was so nice! I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Staff was very accommodating. We stopped in at 11 am in hopes of an early check-in. They cheerfully checked us in - even with a selection of available rooms. After a very early morning flight to LEX, this made the rest of our day that more enjoyable.

Disgusting. The pool area reaked of urine. The hotel let a couple from another hotel come in and used the pool and they proceeded to drink beer out of glass bottles and smoke in the pool area. Our room smelled terrible. Was extremely disappointed.

staff was friendly and helpful

the morning breakfast had a great selection and we enjoyed it very much
