The first room we were given was dirty and visible mold in the shower. When we found a roach in the second room, we checked out.

The property was clean and everything worked as it should. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are showing signs of needing an update soon.
This hotel is older and not well kept. The stairwell specifically was very dirty. Also, it has no sound proofing and is very loud. But, the worst part was the breakfast. I definitely won’t stay here again.

I liked the next day when we left. Upon check in, no one was there. After going back out & getting our luggage & back in I checked & the guy gave my credit card to another customer, got it back & to the room we went that had sewerage smell. The guy from front desk came & said it was the line in the shower, changed rooms & 1 off the beds had hair on the sheets & pillows. The guy at desk was not happy with me. I asked for clean sheets to change the bed. Not at all a pleasant stay.

It was the dirtiest hotel I believe I have ever stayed at in my life! So NASTY that my 5 year old noticed it and snarled her nose! The elevators were horrific, the flooring and carpet looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months and were extremely stained I didn’t want to take my shoes off. I won’t be back. My room smelled like cigarette smoke and their were stains on the pillow case so I called the front desk to ask if we could be moved. The clerk said she would send someone up to freshen the room while my daughter and I were out. I thought okay that’s fine maybe it just needs freshened up and it will be fine when we return. We get back late that night and the clerk asked me if I want the pillow cases or she could bring them after she got done smoking. I politely took them and changed them myself and the room never got cleaned. I felt so dirty after staying there. I did stay here several times before COVID a couple years ago and it had been newly renovated I was in shock to see it so run down. Very dissatisfied.
About normal hotel. Nothing special. Enjoy the free breakfast with the room
The night manager did not wear a mask. They have a small pool that had 20 children in it when we arrived. I felt like it was unsafe for all who stayed there.
