Clean smell and clean room. The handicap room we had let water go all over even with us being careful. Needs a squeegy with handle to move water to the drain. Breakfast was very good. Egg sausage and biscuit and gravy options. Easy check out.

The front desk lady was very helpful and quick checking me in and helped me save money. The room was very clean and big, very comfortable. I was very pleased to the point I've rented for another two nights!

Bedbugs

Stayed from Friday to Sunday. I have stayed at this hotel in the past with no issues. It is clean and affordable and in a good location. About 2 hours before check out on Sunday, as we are sitting on the bed we find a bed bug crawling on the pillow. Then in a panic....look at the other bed and find ANOTHER bed bug. Bagged everything up and took it to the dryer. I was too afraid to even tell the front desk since it was checkout time and would look like we were trying to scam them out of a refund. Room 202 needs to be checked! I will not be staying again.

Easy check in and friendly staff. Parking in the evening is crowded. Not enough in my opinion. Guest sit just outside the main doors to smoke. Would be nice if they had a smoking area away from the doors. Breakfast was okay but attendant sat in her phone in the kitchen instead of restocking food as needed. Quiet area except for the fire truck sirens that were frequent.

Does not meet the country Inn and suites

Everything was unplugged in the room, hard to find the plugs to plug back in when it’s dark no cookies at check-in, breakfast was so so, there was some kind of liquid stains in the bathtub so did not want to use the telephone did not work in the room Could not fix TV did not work but was fixed. The room was nice. The whole carpets were worn out. Ice machine did not work. Does not mean the standards for Country and his suites. We always stay stay at their brand or Drury Inn varies are satisfying.

We complained about noise level because we were by ice machine and he upgraded us to a suite no extra charge! Breakfast food kinda limited. But the place was clean.

Stay Away Go Elsewhere

Unlike any other Country Inn, this place is a dump. First room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Next room was a filthy flop house looking mess. Air registers were filthy, couch old and worn out, thermostat broken. Yuk. So cruddy we left and requested a refund. Hotels.com gives us the usual hassle trying to get our money back, so that is still in progress. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place

The hotel checkin and checkout were quick and beds comfy, but the property overall felt like it was in disrepair. The stairs to go to the second floor are very hazardous and unsafe. The request for more pool towels was ignored. The exterior of the building looked not so great. The breakfast was lacking. No creamer for coffee. Yogurt and bakes goods ran out. Eating area looked overall dingy with chipping paint and a stained ceiling. Hallway on second level also felt dingy with many carpet stains.
