The overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. We experience top notch customer service. Therr were some minor mishaps woth the room. The shower curtain was dated and ripped. No extra tissue was available in the room. The charging port on clock was broken and the trash bags were too small for the garbage cans.

The breakfast was ok. Coffee very weak. Other than that everything was pretty good.

Nice clean place. Solid breakfast options. Asked for maid service twice during a 3 day stay and the staff never showed to clean the room. Disappointed in that respect but would stay there again.

I got this place for my folks to stay while visiting me for Christmas. They were super happy with everything.
Convenient, friendly, clean, TVs work well. Perfect for a quick stay, right off the highway.
Microwave had crumbs and pizza sauce left over from a previous guest. Room was prepaid but I was told they needed to swipe my card for incidentals. We were staying 1 night (about 8 hours) and they put a pending charge of almost $600 on my card. I asked them why and was told they had us staying a week. She told me she corrected the length of stay and not to worry about the charge because it would come off the next day at final billing. It’s now almost a week later and the pending charge is still pending. Totally unsatisfactorily.
