Hotel was in a good location, other than that i was disappointed. Our room had a musty smell and did not seem very clean. There was no breakfast in the morning though it stated there would be (which was one of the main reasons i picked The hotel because i knew I would Be in a hurry in the morning).

Convenient location. Staff was friendly at checkin. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The evening employees answering the phones had no idea what changes the hotel had made in relation to the virus. When I called and asked if there had been any changes, her response was, "None that I know of." Of course, the free breakfast buffet was not available, but she had no idea... it would seem that this is an important answer all employees should be able to provide.

The room was dirty, garbage wasn’t taken out, and the door was open when I got there.

The location made me nervous because of the gentleman's club adjacent to it. Also, the staff could have been friendlier. Of course, you have to get off your cell phone to do that!

the room was very warm and inviting, but still spacious. The only downside was 2 dogs somehow met in the hallway at 6am and starting barking at each other, otherwise, the stay would have been perfect.

Having a pet on the 2nd floor is a bit more difficult

There was a musty smell and the carpets seemed questionable, but overall it was a good hotel. I thought the furniture was pretty good!

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit dirty

The hotel staff was friendly and very courteous. The hotel itself was lacking. Shower door was broken and would not close. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The hot tub was dirty and not working for half of our stay, extremely small pool. Breakfast was very dissapointing. Poor selection and syrup tasted like flavored water. Front desk staff was kind and quick to provide extra towels or sheets when needed, so props to them for the one positive part of our stay.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I am sorry that my desk agent did not relay all the changes. We get asked many times a day what differences we are doing while cleaning the rooms, so I think she may have thought that was what you were asking. We are following all of our state's guidelines, which includes closing our breakfast. We are not doing anything different in our rooms, which is why she did not know. We have always sanitized and disinfected all of our rooms when a guest checks out. The changes we have made because of COVID-19 are all in the public areas. Please come back again if you are in the area.
