Someone was smoking marijuana and cigarettes which stunk up the whole floor. We told the front desk and she came up to spray which helped a little. But then our door to the room had gaps around the side and bottom allowing the cigarette smell to permeate our room while we tried to fall asleep. Finally put a towel around the gaps to help us fall asleep. This all after you sign a paper when checking in to say you won’t smoke inside the hotel. Disappointed because it was a good location just in need of some repairs.

It could have been better!!

**Cleanliness/upkeep could have been better. **The grate covers were broken on the air conditioner/heater. **The pool was closed both days my understanding was a manager needed to come and drain the overfilled pool off for it to be opened, that didn't happen. **The breakfast was very limited but it was okay. #*#The 2nd day we were there we found a live /#/bedbug/#/ on one of the pillows. They offered one night refund and when I asked for both nights to be refunded they agreed. We were told the manager would call us later in the afternoon, we did not receive a call. We had to move everything to a new hotel. **Those who were working were all helpful and kind. **Over-all it was an unpleasant stay.

We checked in and within 15 minutes we left due to the uncleanliness of the motel.There was a 3 inch gap at the bottom of our door which I went to get a blanket to put down ..After that we decided to leave and find another cleaner and much safer place to stay.

The place was only like a quarter full however they put everyone in the same place, it was noisy as all hell. The room was still pretty dated and dirty. The staff was actually very friendly and nice. we didn't even stay there the second night as we didn't get any sleep the night before.
