Perfect stay and perfection location

Extremely helpful staff! Clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect location to stay for the Louisville Classic XC race i was in town to attend at the E.P. Tom Sawyer park.

Went to breakfast in lobby; the reason I stay at Marriott is due to pet allergies! Got off of the elevator and IN THE BREAKFAST AREA was a large Rottweiler dog. This was NOT a service dog! Informed the front desk of the same (Devan) and NOTHING was done - other than he said “the dog shouldn’t be here” to me. NO JOKE! Myself and both of my kids are allergic to dogs/cats. Your reply will determine whether I stay at a Marriott again! Dale Evans

The guy that checked us in was so kind and helpful. The first room I was given wasn’t cleaned. He quickly moved me to another room, and checked to make sure it was clean. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choices.

Front desk was quick and efficient. Lots of parking. Rooms are modern and beautifully decorated, bedding and pillows were comfortable. Shower was large, laid out well and had shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion available right in the shower.Only downsides were that the microwave was noisy and the toilets were low, but I didn’t reduce a star because of that because it wasn’t that big of a deal.
