Nice place. Elevator slow, but overall, nice place to stay.

Very room, very nice for the money in a very nice area. We always stay here when we need a room in louisville

Hotel very clean and enjoyed pool.Close to shopping and restaurants. Not far from Kentucky kingdom and after spending a few days there with grandaughter it was nice and relaxing to come back to hotel and pool to relax.

When we first arrived I was blown away by how large the room was. Very nice first impression. It went down from there. Room not very clean, very very noisy A/C unit, no coffee in the room, pool was extremely dirty cloudy water. When the staff asked how our stay was, we told her but her answer was oh well maybe we will do better next time . I told her I doubt that there would be a next time there.

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. We had plenty of room in the suite with two queen beds and a fold-out couch. Two HDTVs were provided, and it had a separate bedroom and small kitchenette. The free breakfast was wonderful, and hotel staff even printed out directions to nearby restaurants we wanted to eat at. If you're staying in Louisville, this is well worth the money.

With a family of four we wanted a room that gave us plenty of room, while also providing things like a fridge for storing food due to my son having severe food allergies. The room was extremely clean, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful with local food recommendations and directions.

What a nice surprise! The location was so quiet, the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, the staff were quite helpful. My grand-daughters loved the pool and all was so clean.

Helpful clerks, hot tasty breakfast, and comfy room! Just right for a weekend getaway.

Accompanied two friends to Louisville for a yoga workshop and stayed at this hotel. It's in a quiet area just off a busy street with lots of amenities. The hotel was perfect: clean, quiet, suites as advertised. Cupboards filled with dishes and silverware. Nice bath. Down the road is the St. Matthews section of Louisville where we took our classes at Yoga East. St. Matthews is charming with lots of shops and independent restaurants. We stumbled onto a farmers market Sunday afternoon and that was a plus. The little grocery, Rainbow Blossom, has a dynamite juice bar.

I spent a few days here while on business along with my family who was getting a few days away. The hotel was great. The staff was helpful. Location is decent - 15 minute drive from downtown. The room was very comfortable and clean. Great experience.

it was great for a quick last minute fix. i had family in town & my place was too small for a teen together for my daughters 17th bday. the suites hv eveything you need kitchette & living room space !! they loved it !!

Great room - near everything I wanted to do in Louisville. Don't think anyone could be disappointed in this place.

I stayed at the Hawthorne Suites due to its close proximity to a meeting. The suite was large and clean, nothing fancy. Staff was very good working through a booking problem I had. Very good 'average' hotel.

We loved this hotel, it was very nice if you are bringing the family, it has a separate bedroom from the kitchenet and also the "family room" it is very spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I particulary loved breakfast, waking up to hot breakfast is awesome! plus the have some appetizers in the evening and all is complementary...
