The space
I'd Stay Here is a perfect space for 1-2 people. It is a studio unit with a Queen size bed, full kitchen, full bath and stackable washer/dryer. High ceilings and large closets.

For Security a ring doorbell is located on the front porch of the house, and at the Studio front and back doors. All are continuously monitored.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire studio with it's own separate entrance and no shared spaces.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Nice place but a few issues

Firstly you cannot control the heat/air in this unit. It is controlled by the front apartment. Secondly I unfortunately had a rodent problem throughout my stay. Mice. Otherwise it would have been great. I was cold and ...Landlord set traps which didn't work because there were more mice and exterminate but need to address source. She was responsive, Location is great. I stayed 2 mos so that's a long time under such conditions
