Staff was disengaged and unresponsive. Housekeeping was non-existent. Had to ask for room amenities and vacuuming.
Everything is as expected with Holiday Inn Express. Upon arrival though I was told my credit card did not go through (even though I prepaid through orbitz) they then charged another card total amount plus incidentals. When I got into the room I checked my card accounts and was indeed charged two different times. I talked to the front desk and they said they never were paid from orbitz. They contacted Orbitz and got them to pay and I was assured I would be refunded back. Waiting to see if the refund goes through. It’s been well over 24 hrs.
The property had a very friendly atmosphere, it was very clean and they provided cleaning service daily. The staff was friendly and overall the room was beautiful the beds were comfortable it was quiet we slept very well. A much better experience than we had at the Fort Walton Beach four points Sheridan!
Coffee maker in room did not work. Handset on phone in room did not work.
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. Comfy bed and nice clean room.
I like the location. The only thing I/we didn't like was that the bathtub was not clean, the bathroom floors were not clean; we found food in the refrigerator.
Mis-informed about an early morning shuttle to the airport. It does not leave until 7:00AM on weekends which messes with early morning flights. If a property is promoted as an airport property, it should have extra considerations, such as early coffee and muffins and shuttle.
Fine we just slept there. I don’t want to add more.
