I enjoyed the staff; they were friendly and professional. The room was nice and quiet as well, a few things needed to be cleaner, but I'm a germophobe! My only issue was the bed was way too hard from me & my husband committed the same.

Clean hotel, decent breakfast (limited but tasty). Eggs were good. Fitness center is small. Pool is small. No hot tub. 24 hour free shuttle is a plus. Convenient to airport and KY expo center.

Our flight was cancelled so we wanted a hotel close to airport and this one popped up "deal of the day" so we booked it and called their shuttle. It was there in less then 5 minutes. We got there way too early for check in but they went on and gave us a room, which is nice. The rooms were wonderfully spacious and clean. We decided that Springhill Suites will be where we go from now on. The staff was incredible. Friendly and helpful. It was a really great place. Brerakfast was wonderful too.

Comfortable beds and clean room. The sofa bed could probably have been better.

Only thing walking distance for dinner is the Crowne Plaza bar behind the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay , at SpringHill Suites, Louisville Airport. The staff were very efficient, breakfast was good.

Stayed in suite 500. Great hotel breakfast was great value

Louisville has much to offer and staying at a comfortable place makes the trip that much better.

We had a good experience at this hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the place was very comfortable. Great breakfast spread too. If you want a place to crash that is convenient to downtown and the airport, this is it.

We stopped here on our way back from Florida and were very pleased. The decor is modern, carpets are clean, bedding is crisp and white (including the comforter), the breakfast is a FULL breakfast and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Only complaints would be that there was no hot tub and the pool could've been warmer. Other than that, it was very comfortable and clean! We stayed in the suite that had two doubles and a fold out sofa. It was very spacious. Not crowded like some suites. It also included a mini kitchen area with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, bar sink, counter space, glass glasses, ceramic coffee mugs and even a little picnic pack with 2 chinette paper plates and plastic ware.

The hotel is very close to the airport and has complimentary shuttle service. Lobby is clean and well appointed. Front desk staff is helpful and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable overall. Had microwave oven and mini fridge. Bed was OK. Bathroom was clean but not well designed as the commode was too close to the shower stall, which leaked a little. Free internet service and cable TV included in room. A 24/7 snack concession located in the lobby comes in handy. Housekeeping manager seemed to want to break into my hotel room. He forcefully tried to open the door and banged loudly on the door, frightening me. His conduct was thuggish and unprofessional.

The conveniece of the hotel location both to the airport and the expo center made the trip. We were able to save both time and money because of the location. The room and complimentary breakfast were excellent.

The room was clean and decent but for the price I paid, I was expecting a much bigger suite. MUCH bigger. But it's all right, My sister and her friends had a good time. Oh and the toilet overflowed and the person on desk swiftly sent the sweetest security guard up to fix it.

When we got to the hotel the staff was okay, he was very helpful about the room and our payment. But when we got to the room it was dirty, there was a huge safety pin laying on the floor opened and a smaller one under the edge of the bed, the bed looked like it had been layed on and the sheet's didn't look clean, the bathroom wasn't very clean. There cobweb's in the bedroom area and in the sitting area. I was not pleased with Hotel.

the breakfast bar was really good, good variety of food, I especially liked the oatmeal. the room was nice, comfortable bed, we didn't use the seating area.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There were not many fine dining places nearby would be the only drawback. If you are arriving late and need a place close to the airport, there is none better.
