The room was nice, clean. The TV didn't work the first night. I could have used a glass of wine after my day and travel, but they don't deliver to rooms. I didn't feel comfortable going down to the bar, as there were 7-8 men there when I came in. They didn't make me feel comfortable as they leered around the corner to watch where I was going.

Easy check in check out breakfast was very good quite hotel

The hotel seems new or newly refurbished as everything was sharp and clean. Room furnishings were very nice; we had the King with sleeper sofa and two kids with us. Breakfast (included) was an acceptable variety of hot/cold items which changed daily so we didn't always see the same things. The staff were always warm and engaging. Hotel is next door to a Barnes and Noble, a big plus for the kids, and numerous shops ad restaurants nearby. The only things really lacking were the gym being just 4 exercise machines (treadmill, stepper, bikes) and a scale.

The hotel was okay itself but it was hot in the room and the AC would not turn on. One thing I hate the most of waking up sweaty and can't do anything about it. The staff when we checked in were amazing but there must have been a mix up in room numbers for a room order and when I advised the morning staff that my party and I didn't order anything extra I was treated like a liar.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We arrived in town hours before check in and they let us check in early. Breakfast was great...big selection and they kept everything stocked as it got low. Rooms are very spacious. Location was convenient and safe. Loved that they had a little market area with drinks and snacks and even salads and sandwiches. Also, have a Starbucks inside. We had nothing to complain about and that's rare. :)

This was a perfect place for my stay at Louisville. Very conveniently located in the Hurstbourne area with plenty of nice restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself had a very good breakfast and bar. Cant complain for the complimentary stuff. Room was perfect for a family with kids. Staff was courteous and always available and the hotel was pretty busy too. Parking was convenient too. What more can you ask for a hotel for such a reasonable price.

Staff very personable, hotel room very big and comfortable

The amenities were good, but they don't provide free bottle water.

Very comfortable Hotel in corporate area of Louisville.

Very nice room. Lots of room.I'd recommend staying here.

was a very clean hotel with many shops & restaurants close by. Some within walking distance. Not a bad location for many attractions. Only thing I didn't like was there was a fridge but no microwave. Would have been nice for leftovers.

Very nice hotel with clean and modern rooms. Good breakfast!

This place looked awesome in the pictures online. The shower was less than appealing. Outdated therefore it looked kind of dirty (just from age I'm sure). No one at front desk during checkout so we just left. Breakfast was yummy and bed was comfy.

This hotel is not at all what I expected. For a four star hotel I expected a lot more! Bed was very uncomfortable which really upset me because it was the only reason I chose a nicer hotel. I have bad back problems and the cheaper hotels usually have the most uncomfortable beds. I will stay at the Hampton inn from now on. Nice hotel it just wasn't at all what I expected for my money.

This was, for us, an excellent choice based on price and proximity to our destination. It was also comforting to know that we were booking with a trusted chain, so that when we arrived at our hotel, the room configuration was exactly like the last Hyatt Place (a room set-up that works really well for us). There is plenty of room to gather in the room in the evening.

The reviews were ok, the location seemed fine, price was decent so I booked it. The check in staff wasn't great. Just not friendly and while we were waiting the guest they were dealing with was trying to get extra sheets that he had asked for earlier in the day and had never gotten. That was a concern not only because they hadn't provided him with what he asked but also because it made me question if it was do to them being dirty (always check it out people) or if they just needed more. The room itself was ok. I am not a fan of how SMALL the bathrooms are in the Hyatt Places. You can tell the hotel is in need of an update by the dark lines around the edge of the carpets and such. Our air conditioner wasn't all that consistent. The odd mattress pad they have on the beds kept bunching up on me in the middle of the night. For one night, the room was fine, but for longer than that, I would go elsewhere. And also, I have never had a hotel charge a credit card $15 for incidentals and then say they will return it since there weren't any. When they asked for the card, I was not surprised, but by going ahead and charging an amount only to later return it....I've never had that before.

Good stay, friendly staff, and amenities. Good place to stay for a business trip.

Room was clean.. And spacious.. Loved it.. Beds were so comfortable.. Love the sitting area.. And the fireplace like tv stand nice flat screen tv.. It was well worth it.. I didn't like the bar that was in the front lobby.. At the check out desk.. It was a lil inappropriate.. I was somewhat offended by the l check in desk and bar being shared by the same counter.. Other than that it was a nice experience..

Staff did a great job for us. Made us feel welcomed.

I was in town for a video shoot and booked a few rooms for our crew to stay in. Early calls for 4 days in a row- 5:00, 5:15, and 5:30- were no problem as the staff had the breakfast bar ready to go once they heard the elevator door open. On the earliest days he hadn't planned to put it out until 5:30, but accommodated us by bumping the time up so we didn't head out on an empty stomach. On top of that, they have a great selection and variety of offerings. Thanks!
