I have no major concerns. The property shows it’s age but large and comfortable rooms make up for that. Staff is great!

The overall cleanliness was pretty good the staff and everyone at the front checkin desk were friendly and quite helpful however the building itself was a little dated this was not apparent at all from what was a very nice main lobby, dining area and bar but the room itself was another story starting with the bathroom I have a serious problem seeing mold around the top of the shower on the ceiling along with a rotten rusted out door frame which someone had a bright idea to try to repair with expanding foam. The issues in the bathroom we’re all due to the fact there was zero ventilation causing the bathroom to become a sauna whenever the shower was used. Our only other problem was an old completely wore out pull out sofa bed that really should have been replaced about 20 years ago that was probably more of a shocker to me than the bathroom.

All amenities were closed due to covid, but staff was wonderful.
Our bed had sheets with blood on them. Obviously not cleaned from the person who was in the room before. When we called housekeeping they came and brought us clean sheets. Didn't even apologize or offer to remake the bed.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is far from everything you want to see, but the price reflects that. It was a 20 minute drive to anything. The hotel itself was great. The staff was helpful. The best part was the breakfast. It was one of the things that made me choose this hotel. Real eggs, omelets, and pancakes made to order. I hate the junky breakfasts some hotels offer as a ‘free breakfast’. No one in my family will eat that stuff so I wish I would have an option to not include it in my price. The embassy suites are different, so I don’t mind paying with an ‘included breakfast’. I have 2 teenage boys, so having the other ‘room’ (pull out couch in seating area) for my oldest and another bed for my younger teen was perfect. They like their own space and I cannot afford to purchase suites every where we go. I also felt safe here. My kids could roam around and have some cokes or go get snacks without me worrying. The area is nice and clean. It’s far away (20min) from city areas, so I wasn’t worried about being in an unsafe area.

Shower curtain wasn't clean, toilet overflowed, worktop desk was too small, and room service refuse was left in hallway for at least 12 hours.
