The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Nice shower. Only complaint was really loud people in the lounge area late at night. The large atrium magnifies the sound. Even with the exterior door and the interior bedroom door closed, I could still hear easily hear them.

Traveling on family vacation in Louisville. Advanced reservation was simple. Arrived and found very friendly staff man working the front desk. Check-in was seamless. Our room was spotless and as nice as anticipated for a four-star hotel. Clean and quiet and safe. We utilize the fitness room, swimming pool, and walked the neighborhood for exercise - safe. When we needed extra bath towels and a blanket one night, there were no issues. The omelette breakfast is top notch. Plenty of close parking. Would definitely return.
