We can’t wait to come back here! The hotel is gorgeous. The pool was perfect for my swimmer kids. We loved the dance and yoga studio. Oliver was so friendly and genuine. We took all of his recommendations and even went to a soccer game at Lynn Family Stadium—-highly recommended!
Clean , no parking after we paid $75 for parking garage, no parking created blankets and no cots, overbooked! Paid 450 for that!
Beautiful hotel. Great location. Super safe…police station right across the street. Walking distance to all distilleries except for one. Very friendly staff. Great restaurant and Starbucks ON SITE!!!
So let me start off saying the property itself is fine it is clean and looks nice but there are a few issues I had with it and the staff. I checked in for a 4 night stay and could tell right off the guy at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about and jeepers did I have an adventure the next day! I was “checked out” and my key stopped working which is understandable but it was after the first day…as I was making my way to the front desk the elevator stopped working and left me trapped (it was awesome) once it started moving again 10-15 mins later I had the pleasure of getting chastised by the front desk staff. No apology, no why are you sweating profusely, no empathy. What I did get was I need Id and a credit card to check you back in…so customer service is non existent but if you want an elevator that doubles as a sauna this is should be your first choice!!!!

There was a mistake with our reservation when we arrived. It took some time to resolve, but the staff at Marriott did everything they could to rectify the situation.
