The state was great however you could not walk around the floor without your flip-flops on or your feet would get black! The staff was great the location was great but when I told the front desk about the dirtiness of the floor with carpet on it they didn't even take note of it. Also left a day early because of how dirty it was and they said there was no refunds on the day I wasn't going to stay, and I understand the contract issue with you and them but to me that was ridiculous!!!!

The woman at the fromt desk was amazing but the breakfast was nothing like it was described . The hotel has some plumbing issues , multiple issues with the toliet , sink and shower.

The staff was great, room was decent, deadbolt didn't lock.

I like the breakfast, everything else was horrible. Eveb customer service was poor, the front office guy Quenn did notmeveb to give me back my $1.60 spent on a vending machine becasue he did not believe me. It was very bad.

Was a bit run down. Bed had portion of mattress wire raised at the foot of the bed but not exposed/bare.

Good, nice, clean, staffs are friendly and the environment is good as well.

There was dirt hanging from the popcorn ceiling. The carpet was filthy. The room wreaked of mildew, and there was paint peaking around the window. We requested a refund, as the room was not habitable. The hotel staff member lied about his name and about issuing a refund.
