Courteous staff, nice breakfast, clean room. However, I’ve never heard freeway traffic and airplanes to the degree I did. The windows are bad. The hotel literally leaves a laminated note and earplugs on the nightstands; and offers “noise” machines if thats not enough. New, better windows are needed.

There was an issue with the shower sliding door, it tough to open and shut. Sounds like it needs to be readjusted or its lead is rusty. The toilet started flushing weird, it would make all the sounds as if it was flushing but the water pressure wasn’t pushing it down. We had to wait a few before flushing it again and it worked. The room is really spacious! I love that there’s a kitchen and full size fridge. Housekeeping was so kind and checked on us in the mornings, providing fresh towels. Which was super helpful, being that i was instructed to bring my towels downstairs to the lobby to exchange it for fresh ones. I walked to the lobby twice during my stay to get towels, the 2nd time it was raining. Parking was convenient and I didn’t have any issues. Elevator had a pungent odor in it was n day 1 but it seemed to have been taken care of by the next day when we used it. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would book again for how spacious the room is and the shuttle. It was an extra unexpected surprise that helped us save gas and parking fees at the expo center. Pool and basketball court was an added bonus as well.

Terrible. Kim at the front desk was rude and racist. Out room had a wet carpet that made the room stick. They moved us to another room, the toilet did not work. Overall experience was horrible.
