Finding the parking area and actual room was a fun scavenger hunt LOL but Justin did an excellent job at describing the area and we parked and got inside quickly. The room was very nice with large living space and kitchen. No view from patio but that didn’t matter to us. Bath and bed super comfortable. Big plus for us, record player with some smooth music choices!! Location was ideal as we were able to walk 95% with out being near loud crowds. One thing to know about - you can easily hear people walking in the hallway, which can catch you off guard late at night!! However we did not hear anyone room to room. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location! Walking distance from everything. Parking garage was literally feet from the building. We enjoyed the record player and records. Some small things that stood out were Toilet paper - not cheap, good quality Towels - big and good quality Coffee- thanks! Saved a morning trip for us! We brought wine and then remembered we had no wine glass. Surprise ! The host thought of that too. My one negative- floors are original and have their fair share of squeaking. Would stay again!

10 star rating! The loft had everything that you could possibly need. It was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the location could not have been any better. Communication with the host was excellent. We went to an event at the KFC Yum Center, and it was a short walk away. We will definitely be back!

The loft was extremely clean, the kitchen had everything you needed down to the coffee, creamer and sugars. Justin responded very quickly to our questions. I had read in reviews it was difficult to find but if you follow Justin’s detailed directions you should have no problem. A block from 4th St. Live and 3 from Convention Center. You can’t beat the price.

Justin was a fantastic host who responded quickly to all our questions and made extending our trip by a few days completely seamless. He provided incredibly detailed check-in instructions that were both accurate and easy to follow, which we really appreciated.The space itself actually exceeded the photos. The high ceilings create an airy feel that makes the unit seem even larger than its actual footprint. We found the bed to be very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with plenty of amenities. Although it was a bit too cold for us to use the outdoor patio during this visit, it is clearly a wonderful asset to the condo.We loved the character of the building, which is a repurposed department store that still lists the original departments by floor in the elevator. The old wood floors are beautiful and add a lot of charm to the experience.The location was ideal for attending events at the Kentucky International Convention Center, as it was only a five-minute walk from the front door on South 4th Street. It is also a convenient ten to twenty-minute walk to everything on Whiskey Row, including the Louisville Slugger Museum. We will definitely check for availability at River City Loft the next time we travel to Louisville.

This loft is well appointed and very comfortable. Justin was very helpful and made us feel welcome. The loft has a full kitchen, even providing coffee, sugar and creamer! The bed is comfy and the bathroom has everything needed for the shower. Great place to stay!

We loved out weekend in the loft. Even though it was cold, it was within walking distance of the Seelbach Hotel, where we enjoyed appetizers and drinks. The unit was probably the cleanest we've had with great amenities and comfortable furnishings. The communication and directions provided by Justin were also perfect. When we return to Louisville, we will definitely check the availability for River City Loft first.
