The staff were friendly and I appreciated that but several times the breakfast was just bad (taste, appearance, limited stock) They had expired milk and didn’t have a lot of items ie bagels, eggs, biscuits, sausage, bacon. Etc. ran out of fruit loops also it was hard to get to the container that they used was not user friendly. I saw several people struggle with it like I did. Also I had to cut my trip short so I tried to modify my reservation about a week before I even checked in. So some more in depth info I had made a reservation for 8 days and had a separate reservation for a 9th day well I was able to modify the 8 day reservation but was not able to change the separate extra day. That in and of itself was enough to lose my business in the future.

Elevator problem

There was only 1 working elevator during my stay. Everything else was excellent, but a hotel the quality of Home2Suites should ensure a more timely repair to elevators.

Everything was clean, great condition, very friendly staff, room was very large and having the kitchenette was very helpful. The hot breakfast had many great options and the best part was the free shuttle anywhere within 3 miles! It was 24/7 which was extremely helpful and saved money for parking at events.

Almost everything was outstanding! The one thing that was bothersome was that even with the blinds all of the way down, the sun still came through and woke me up. It was directly in my face on my side of the bed. Other than that, everything else was excellent!

The property was well maintained. It showed a bit wear with the age but it was very clean so that wasn't a factor at all. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but was kept well stocked. Coffee was really good as was the apple juice. Rooms were very comfortable and large.

5 stars for property , 6 stars for staff

We arrived really late night , Will was the staff on duty , very polite & professional . It was during the carshow parking lot was full but he took time to help us park .We got our keys , went to the room only to realize it only had one bed . Went down to talk to him about it , he apologized got another room immediately , apologized again , thanked me for being understanding . We got to the second room & realized we had forgotten something in the first room , went back to apologize to him got told no worries , another team member took me back to the first room to get our items . (Sorry didnt get her name) . They were nothing but kind n professional . The rooms were very clean n spacious . Highly recommend staying here if youre in the area .
