The staff were friendly and I appreciated that but several times the breakfast was just bad (taste, appearance, limited stock) They had expired milk and didn’t have a lot of items ie bagels, eggs, biscuits, sausage, bacon. Etc. ran out of fruit loops also it was hard to get to the container that they used was not user friendly. I saw several people struggle with it like I did. Also I had to cut my trip short so I tried to modify my reservation about a week before I even checked in. So some more in depth info I had made a reservation for 8 days and had a separate reservation for a 9th day well I was able to modify the 8 day reservation but was not able to change the separate extra day. That in and of itself was enough to lose my business in the future.

Okay but please be aware of there no party policy! I had to cancel my room when I got there due to that policy. However, thanks to hotels.com they understood my frustration and refunded me. Overall, when walking into the lobby it does look bright, clean, and welcoming!

I did the digital check in, but still had to get a key from the front desk. The front desk person didn't give me a parking pass, so the following day my car almost got towed. Luckily, I walked up before the tow truck left and was able to go get the manager to help. This could have been a huge mess up!
