Booked room via Orbitz. Arrived at property. It was sold out. Happened to another family attempting to check in too. Received a weak apology from hotel and still waiting for refund 2 days after the fact.

We stayed in unit 1111. The sink in the bathroom was almost plugged. The temperature of the hot water was barely warm enough for the shower. There was no coffee in the breakfast room at the peak eating time, around 8 AM.

I am a member of Marriott rewards, I love Marriott hotels, I try to stay at Marriott every time we can, is usually a guarantee of good quality and comfortable beds, the hotel is well maintained it was nice to have a full updated kitchen and seating area, but what a nasty bathroom... as soon as we open the bathroom door we saw a ball of hair on the floor and a stain of dry blood as well, it was so disgusting, we didn't even bother telling the front desk at that moment, we thought what are they going to do? clean it and that is it???, so my husband cleaned it, the point is this property needs to have quality control with their housekeeping, honestly a ball of hair on the bathroom floor and dry blood stain unacceptable for a Marriott hotel. We told the front desk when we checked out about the hair in the bathroom and they say oh OK but every thing else was OK? I hope the front desk tells the manager about the lack of cleaning in the bathroom

The room and amenities were fine. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was good for the location of my work and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

selected this hotel partly because of the fitness room. when we got there we were informed that there was no fitness room at the hotel. we were given a pass to a facility that was located several miles away. rooms were disconnected from the main body of the hotel; had to walk thru the rain to go to breakfast.

Most of sat the cable did not work. There were no connectors to hook up the portable DVD player, so therefore we had no TV at all. The people up above us were up at 8 in the morning. They sounded like a pack of horses jumping up and down. Then once I get home from the trip I noticed that the hotel had charged me and orbitz charged me.
