Great location for events at kfc yum center. Would stay again.

We loved the location, which is right across the street from the KFC Yum! Center. We were in town for a concert. It's also within walking distance of excellent restaurants, and Fourth Street LIVE. The overnight parking fee was very reasonable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and confortable.

Liked everything about the property especially the location. It is a little noisy at night but it is downtown.

It was a good location for the event. Parking garage with Hotel. Lots of things to do within short walking distance.

Close to dozens of bars and restaurants. Other attractions close by too.

Wondering staff. Nice room. Comfy bed the only downside. Lots of street noice next time I will ask for a room away from the street.

Comfortable and close to everything, would stay again.

You would have thought you were staying at the Ritz Carlton the way the staff spoiled you at every turn.

We spent 1 night here. It ended up being $162 + $12 parking. So $174 total for 1 night on a Sunday. I definitely don't think it's worth that much. At a cheaper price sure. But there are no frills with this place. You pretty much have to use their parking garage unless you want to take a chance parking across the street. But there were some unsavory people just hanging around there all day. they also share the parking garage with the public. So Sunday night it was dead & Monday morning there were hardly any spots. Another thing I disliked about the parking. You had to go from your car to the parking garage elevator. Take that down. Walk across into the hotel building through to the elevator & take it up. So make sure you get EVERYTHING the first trip. The rooms were nice. White sheets & blankets. Nothing looked dirty. Orbitz said each room came with a fridge & microwaves were available upon request. This was important for us because we have a child with severe food allergies. Upon getting into the room there was no microwave nor a choice for one. Must the big four bridges.

Same look as any hotel. Decor is dated, but beds are very comfortable. Pillows are great. Everything in the room worked and was in good condition. Staff was very friendly. Parking garage is a little difficult to enter coming north from Market Street due to shared turning lane. We just had to circle around again. KFC Yum center is directly across the street. We were here for a concert. We had no bar traffic at this hotel, but there were plenty of other concert go-ers. We had no issues of people up thru the night being loud. We walked to the Louisville Slugger Museum next day, as well as the Old Spaghetti Factory-easy walk. Hotel bistro/bar had decent food/drinks, priced just like any downtown bar. Seemed safe there, no problems encountered. Would stay here again.

I am a caregiver and periodically like to getaway for the weekend and explore downtown. My only complaint with this hotel is that they left a large pending transaction on my debit card for room damages. I stayed at nicer hotels in the city where this was not the practice.

Right across from another Marriott, but much cheaper. Big clean rooms. A good hotel for business.

Had a nice stay, room was everything you need in this level of hotel. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location is prime for downtown Louisville.

Good as usual as a courtyard hotel. Front desk is friendly but had trouble handling my reservation, which never happen before.

Staff was friendly, accommodations were nice and quiet. There were several restaurants within a few blocks so it was very walkable to most places we went.

It was for only 24 hours but the hotel staff was great as well as the room!

Was not recognized as Gold, did not get a daily paper at my door or a bill day of departure. Given a loud room at first but they willingly changed our room when requested (even tho Gold status states preferences). Rooms are mediocre, but parking is convenient. Hotel location was awesome, walking distance to many, many Louisville shops, restaurants, bars and museums.

This hotel was located a few blocks from 4th street live, so it was easy to park your car in the garage and walk around. I visited the hotel when it was under a lot of construction, which took away from my overall hotel experience.

The location of the Marriott Courtyard in Downtown Louisville couldn't be better. Across the street from the new KFC YUM! Stadium and less than a block from all the new renovation of the old warehouse row where new restaurants and pubs are being built. In a couple years this will really be THE place to be!! That being said I hope that Marriott will take this opportunity to renovate this property so it will be up to the Marriott Courtyard standard I have come to expect. This one is getting a bit rough around the edges. I'm also wondering why I was awakened by Housekeeping banging on my door at 9AM on a Saturday morning when check out is at Noon? Nothing like getting shocked awake early when you planned to sleep in, to spoil a stay at a hotel. Get a clue Marriott. How hard would it be for Housekeeping to call down to the front desk for a list of rooms that you KNOW have already checked out and let them start with those rooms first before waking sleeping guests?????

Dear Guest, Thanks for the review. With your next visit with us, we have white machines available on request, to assist with that downtown noise. They do a great job.
