Noise from the street made it hard to sleep. The did put ear plugs in the room to offset the noise, but can’t sleep with them in
I was in room 811. There was road noise. Can't say this was consistent throughout the property though one person I met in the elevator was checking out after one night due to the noise. Management is aware of the problem because there were complimentary ear plugs. For the most part the hotel and kitchen staff was great. But in three out of four breakfasts my breakfast was served in lousy to go boxes despite being dine-in orders. On the third morning I asked that the boxed breakfast be transferred to a plate but was told no because the restaurant was closed. The breakfast was "served" at 9:57 AM. The restaurant hours were advertised as closing at 10:00 AM. I had sat down and ordered breakfast at about 9:35. I didn't believe the server. The next morning, I was served white toast instead of the wheat toast I had ordered. I asked that it be exchanged for wheat toast but was told they were out of wheat toast. I'm not sure I believed the server. It was the same server all four mornings. I gave a frown to Eco Friendly because hotel policy has gone too far. The water saving toilet required multiple flushes to evacuate. The flow control in the shower head was too restrictive. Housekeeping checked on towels on day three of four days but there was no bed make-up service. Again, my interactions with the hotel staff were great. They were very helpful and informative about places to go. The room and facilities were clean. The location was close to the convention center.
Great location!!! Amenities are still lacking due to Covid, but that's manageable. We did get stuck in the parking garage elevator and the fire department had to come. Hotel staff was quick to act, but you could tell the elevator was fairly old and rickety. Perhaps it's happened before. I would definitely stay here again because the location is perfect, though!
Great location
Extremely loud street noise! Was on the 2nd floor so I'm sure it was worse there. Also was in a room with a door that could conjoin two rooms, and the walls/doors were so incredibly thin that I could hear their TV blaring and them talking/laughing all night. Woke up to someone trying to open that door at 1am as well. Noise level is a real issue, other than that everything was good. But tough place if you're not a heavy sleeper
Love that you had a connected parking garage. Didn’t like that our room wasn’t made up each day. Probably anew Covid rule but wasn’t told that.
We weren't told about the $ 17.00 per day parking fee up front.
Very loud. Very small vanity. Bathroom in need of repair and updates.
location, cleanliness, and friendliness. will definitely return
Great location for events at kfc yum center. Would stay again.
We loved the location, which is right across the street from the KFC Yum! Center. We were in town for a concert. It's also within walking distance of excellent restaurants, and Fourth Street LIVE. The overnight parking fee was very reasonable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and confortable.
Liked everything about the property especially the location. It is a little noisy at night but it is downtown.
It was a good location for the event. Parking garage with Hotel. Lots of things to do within short walking distance.
Close to dozens of bars and restaurants. Other attractions close by too.
Wondering staff. Nice room. Comfy bed the only downside. Lots of street noice next time I will ask for a room away from the street.
Comfortable and close to everything, would stay again.
