Hotel staff was friendly and courteous and hotel was located in same area as much pricier hotels.

The bed was great! Slept like a rock! The rooms were clean but breakfast was not that great.

For the price and location this hotel is hard to beat. Any other hotel in the same area was $50+ more per night. We had a king room, the bed was really comfortable and the pillows, well I wish I had some for my house. They were wonderful! I slept like a baby with the AC blowing ice cold as well! Room had a mini fridge and microwave which I wish more hotels offered. $5 a night for parking isn't bad, especially compared to a city like Chicago where you're paying $25+ a night. The parking lot is small though so try and get there early!

I was looking for a cheap hotel downtown for a single night. The location for what I needed was great. Especially for the price, I was very pleasantly surprised. It is a little noisy because of construction in the area.

Great hotel for the money. Right downtown. Typical outdated motel but thats expected

Stayed there for a convention. Very close to the Marriott downtown hotel. Did not care for the parking charge.

Rooms were comfortable. Good location in relation to downtown. Breakfast could have Had more variety.

I was able to check in, make an afternoon meeting and pick up dinner all within a three block radius of this location...The continental breakfast was more than adequate and after checking out, I was able to make my noon meeting and see the Yum Center before leaving town... My room was clean and all my amenities useful...I'm looking forward to my next visit...

There is a huge building being built right across the street so quiet time is not happening for a while. The cost was really cheap compared to others in the area but it's also not a 4 star kinda place. If you plan on partying and drinking then this is nice because everything is walking distance. It's a no old place but at the right price if you find a deal. We paid under 60.

My one critique of this hotel was an odor in the room. It may have been from being closed for too long or what i'm not sure.

Room was dirty.bathtub /shower had a ring in the tub. Hair on the toilet that was not ours. Would have rather slept in my car

Staff was friendly and helpful. They suggested using the "FAN VAN" vs taxi. The cost was only $2.00 per person to sites in the city and restaurants.

Nothing fancy, you get what you pay for but close to downtown and easily walkable to lots of restaurants and bars.

Stayed overnight on our way through. Room was clean, but kind of damp, like the ventilation wasn't right. Bed was comfy, breakfast basic. Close to the downtown action.

The room was very clean, so we were happy about that. The workout area was lackluster. The treadmill is unusable; I couldn't even walk on it. The breakfast is hard boiled eggs and a variety of breads/bagels. Overall it was a positive experience. As the saying goes you get what you pay for.

Yes it met our expectations. Papa John's pizza was great too.

The hotel was so/so. Good location to 4th street. Very loud & rowdy. The main problem was the very loud construction that began very early on Saturday morning. Breakfast ran out. Cleanliness was again so /so

Hotel was nice, definitely met expectations and had a good rate.

Very adequate hotel for the price. Super location. Room was very clean and great size. King bed was very comfortable. We're particular about the showers when we stay, and this one was great. Nice breakfast in the morning. Don't quite understand the $5 parking fee, but it was much cheaper than the other hotels. I would stay here again and recommend this place.
