The staff stole from my bags which were stored at the front desk! All $100 cash was gone; he even took both of my phone chargers! Unbelievable! I checked out at 6am on 4/30/2022 and stored my bags at the front desk and it was a male employee at that time (suspect). I picked up my bags in the afternoon and the female employee told me that he didn't put the checkout record in the system. During all these year at many different hotels, I've always done so and no incident happened before. This is the very 1st time and I'm shocked and very upset. The guys should be fired immediately and they should have a much better background check.

The property was very dirty outside, the stairs were disgusting. There were people screaming outside our rooms both nights we stayed there. The toilets are super loud and we could hear them flushing from other rooms waking us up. The staff was the only good thing about this hotel. They were super friendly and helpful.

Requested room to be changed due to extremely strong smoke odor and cigarette burn marks on bathtub. Property is dated but rooms have been updated

I liked that it was just two blocks from 4th street live and about six blocks from the palace. did not have to drive or find a place to park. parking at econo was only five dollars for the night.

The bed/mattress was very comfortable. Made for a great night's sleep. The hotel description said this location offered a full breakfast which it really wasn't. What was available was almost gone with some items out and not replenished at all on Saturday morning at 8:45am.

The property was in a great location for a good price.

Hotel is just a bit outdated, staff is nice, it gets the job done if you are just staying a night though. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay kind of option

Our stay was great, no issues at all! Hotel staff was friendly and nice. Great option if you want to stay downtown, but not pay outrageous prices. Overall great experience, I would stay here again.

The bed was great! Slept like a rock! The rooms were clean but breakfast was not that great.

For the price and location this hotel is hard to beat. Any other hotel in the same area was $50+ more per night. We had a king room, the bed was really comfortable and the pillows, well I wish I had some for my house. They were wonderful! I slept like a baby with the AC blowing ice cold as well! Room had a mini fridge and microwave which I wish more hotels offered. $5 a night for parking isn't bad, especially compared to a city like Chicago where you're paying $25+ a night. The parking lot is small though so try and get there early!

I was looking for a cheap hotel downtown for a single night. The location for what I needed was great. Especially for the price, I was very pleasantly surprised. It is a little noisy because of construction in the area.

Great hotel for the money. Right downtown. Typical outdated motel but thats expected

Stayed there for a convention. Very close to the Marriott downtown hotel. Did not care for the parking charge.

Rooms were comfortable. Good location in relation to downtown. Breakfast could have Had more variety.

I was able to check in, make an afternoon meeting and pick up dinner all within a three block radius of this location...The continental breakfast was more than adequate and after checking out, I was able to make my noon meeting and see the Yum Center before leaving town... My room was clean and all my amenities useful...I'm looking forward to my next visit...
