Room was cold. Heater would not heat up past 70°. In room Coffee service was terrible. Had to change rooms because first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel restaurant was less than average. In room sofa was stained. Carpets leading into most rooms elevator were severely frayed.

We were booked into a handicapped room but did not request or need a special room. We talked to front desk staff and she dismissed us saying “all rooms are the same.” She had no idea bed was low to ground etc. She moved us and room was much improved.
