This was my first United flight with my ESA. I was approved for flight having provided all necessary documentation prior to departure. It was of course at the last minute due to lack of communication on United’s part. I had to navigate far into the website in order to find the appropriate forms. If United’s Accissibility Desk was clear AND concise with it’s expectations, this process would have been far easier on my end. I appreciate United’s willingness to allow me to fly with my ESA, but again would like to see easier access to the appropriate forms needed to do so.
