Everything was ok Staff were very friendly The only problem was the cable .. very Poor options to choose from

The staff was friendly and helpful both evening and morning. The complimentary breakfast was good and included eggs and sausage (we’ve all stayed a night on the road and woken to nothing more than a self serve waffle machine and oatmeal packets). The room was large and clean. The air conditioners kept ahead of Houston heat and humidity in August.

At the front desk everyone was friendly, I didn’t like that they didn’t clean the bathroom the all time, we were there plus I reserved there cause it said it was a pool and we had to go to another hotel for we can used the pool and it was super nasty that we decided not to use it..it was cigarettes, cockroaches and none all the cheirs was good and I not even going to said how dirty the bathroom was.. the cleaning people was waking me every hour..thank you or it for everything but I didn’t like everything that happened cause it was a trip to enjoy my time and live new experiences not to be worried about things that I not even concerned to..but I am really thankful for whatever life put me thru...

I booked this property due to the amenities that was offered, as well as the appearance of the hotel after finding out my flight was canceled after being delayed twice. After getting settled into my room, I went to the fitness center, which did not have proper AC working. After trying to workout for a short amount of time, I decided to cool down & relax by the pool only to find out that the pool was filled with dirt. The pool & outdoor area that the hotel advertised was instead a construction zone. This is clearly false advertisement on the hotel’s part. The room I checked into was also not fully clean. I found stains on the bedsheets, on the towels, & found long dark women’s hair stuck onto the tile in the shower. I’ve taken pictures of these as proof.

Easy access to airport and parking. Clean and nicely updated

The property was particularly clean & the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Nice staff and close to the airport with easy access to the highway into downtown.

They are really understanding and accomodating. The room was clean.
