Check in was miserable. The workers were unpleasant and uncaring about the fact we had asked for a room not in the marina but we got one anyway. Told us to come back to desk after 20 minutes in vase they could switch us and when we showed up they said no anyway. Waste of time!

Hotel was older but they keep it clean in the rooms and around the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Bed is a little older so was not too comfortable but not the worst. Towels were surprisingly soft! That was wonderful!
