It is a well maintained mid-strip property with 2 nice pools, plenty of dining options and very reaonable rates. Although the hotel is the oldest on the strip, i think it still looks beautiful and fresh.

Room wasn't ready even though we didn't arrive until 11pm at night. Hotel cleaners never came to clean our room while we were there. So many people smoking in the lobby. More smoke than any other hotel out there. The people at the front desk were always friendly though.

Friendliness and service has left Vegas. Besides Benihanas dining left a lot to wish for. The timeshare sales tactic isn’t only in the presentation anymore but in how regular guests stays are affected. No coffee machines in the rooms, WiFi is terrible unless you’re a timeshare holder with a specific password, only two breakfast options, basic needs like drinking water in the hotel at affordable prices are hard to come by. The pool hours are limited and the bar/grill closed down early without explanation one day. When asking for water or a simple nonalcoholic beverage I was simply told that they’re closed now and on other days looked at like I was crazy for ordering a nonalcoholic beverage, as if that’s something lesser and inconvenient. There were plenty of kids around the pool, obviously they don’t drink liquor. Overall staff felt like they were annoyed being there in any case and guests were an inconvenience. The timeshare presentation stole an entire day from us and the “gift voucher “ we were promised was tried to be taken and applied to coerce us into buying and once we stood our ground was pretty much useless because it had to be used all at once. Maintenance wise, the toilets didn’t flush properly and lighting in the room was horrible. There was no outlet by the desk. Plugging your laptop in was only possible by unplugging a light fixture. And to top it off, one of my makeup bags disappeared after the room service came while we were at breakfast.

Some of the staff were not very friendly or accomadating.
