We were delayed for more than 3 hours (with 3 small children - ugh!) due to a flat tire and a battery replacement. Sounds like an old car that wasn't properly maintained. So sad that there are not regular checks for things like this.

Provide better quality of snacks. The flight from Chicago to Knoxville had a problem with wheels -Before take off there was regular jolting before taxiing. Landing was slightly rough as well. It was flight no 4190 on 11/24/19
