Feb 29, 2020

Although I purchased my ticket far in advance, I almost did not get to board due to overbooking. I did not like the idea of possibly missing my selected flight with the group I was traveling with.

Feb 28, 2020

Too short a flight. No drinks

Feb 23, 2020

It was very nice that they gave us our seat numbers when we checked in on line

Feb 19, 2020

Flight was delayed out of Knoxville but so was my connecting flight, so no problems.

Feb 17, 2020

basic flight with no delays

Feb 16, 2020

We were delayed for more than 3 hours (with 3 small children - ugh!) due to a flat tire and a battery replacement. Sounds like an old car that wasn't properly maintained. So sad that there are not regular checks for things like this.

Feb 2, 2020

check bag Lost lock?

Jan 27, 2020

No issues with the flight

Jan 22, 2020

One of the flight attendants didn't know how to smile. And the other was great.

Jan 20, 2020

My favorite feature is the informative app with timely updates to ease my mind about delays, baggage, boarding, directions, etc.

Jan 18, 2020

We all LOVED our pilot. He got us out of the snow and it was a VERY smooth trip. Thank you again.
