Just one thing. For some reason at the very last minute they changed my seat assignment on the Chicago to Scramento leg. It seperated my wife and I. Went from an idle seat to a middle seat. I know I was basic economy. Just curious because the seat I was originally assigned wound up being empty. Overall, great flight and crew. Thanks.
Crappy weather delay but was able to rebook to a close by destination . AA staff very helpful
I was a bit lost airport so busy United staff helped me decipher where to go and made sure I understood
Beautiful interior of plane. Clean toilets.
Compared to a previous experience in July that was horrible, this trip renewed our confidence in AA, thank you for everything you guys do to make our travels as safe and pleasant as possible.
Technical problem delayed us an hour. Pilot let us deplane because he had no certain timing. Really good thing to do.
Good flight and on time.
The flight was delayed by weather, then the plane we boarded had a mechanical issue and we needed to get another plane--this happens. United staff was very informative with up-to-the-minute announcements, even if it was "we don't know anything more at this time but we are checking". They were very helpful with changing planes and did a great job.
Wish seat selection was possible so that passengers that purchase their flights together can seat together without having to purchase upgraded seats.
