My daughter's first flight and they were so wonderful to her and the pilot was wonderful came and said hello to her they even gave her pilot Wings which just made her day and therefore made mine

Good flight! But I'm not a fan of the Basic Economy where you can only take one personal item. That's just like Spirit and Frontier. If they are going to do that then they need have Spirit and Frontier pricing.
