Great location, walkable to all attractions. Jessica P was very helpful when we needed to change rooms on the first day due to a leak in the room also when needing a cab to the airport.

No room service

The hotel said they provided room service. When we rang room service, it went through to an answerphone. Reception advised we go down to the restaurant to get our coffee. There was a line and the servers said they were busy (they weren’t really). No apology! We went to the hotel next door and got our coffee - priceless!

No hot water, no conditioner, no room service, no

10 hours ago on Google There was no hot water, it was lukewarm at best. No hair conditioner which is a massive issue if your hair is longer than 2 to 3 inches. There’s WiFi was terrible, my phone was faster without it. There isn’t really room service, they give you a number to call to the restaurant which goes to voicemail. They may or may not call you back (they never called us). The bathtub faucet is leaky and very difficult to shut off all the way. The ice machine didn’t work. Beware the restaurant, coffee alone is $7. Subway is the only nearby 24 hour restaurant and the nearest convenience store is 4 blocks away in a sketchy neighborhood and it has bulletproof glass. The drawer in my room did not close. Awful hotel I don’t know who was leaving the good reviews because no other guests I talked to had anything good to say about it either.

First hotel that i have stayed that didnot offer an all you can eat breakfast, instead they sell to you by the item If you like extras this could be the most expensive breakfast of your life. They didnot give me the room i booked, the claimed room service option did not actually exist. Being told to go to the restaurant is not a room service especially when you are on floor nine

Great Stay!

We had a great view of the city! Check in/out was easy, desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We only had 2 days and the location was great for exploring Pike’s Place Market, walking along the water, trying nice restaurants and coffee shops…we would definitely stay here again!

It was an okay experience. The floor in the hotel was wet in a strange spot, drenched. They sent up a maintenance man who couldn’t really explain anything and didn’t do anything about it. It was a strange experience.

This was my first time staying in Seattle. I didn’t realize parking was an additional cost. The room was good. Tub was not draining correctly but my husband was able to fix it. There were some spots on the curtains and shower curtain but otherwise, the room was just what we needed. I did not hear my neighbors. That’s a plus. Once we parked our car, we walked to all the sights. Staff was friendly.

Location was good, could walk to Pikes Market and walkable to Monorail or Space Needle. Beds were okay, frumpy pillows. Got trapped in their bit of a scam, we booked a room that gave us an option for room type and we selected 2 double beds, but ended up with a king and sofa bed. They said that since we booked “rule the house” we get what we get. We overheard another family complaining about the same trick and they said they don’t have any more two double bed rooms. So clearly we are not the only one that got suckered into this bait and switch game. Rule the House doesn’t mean you rule, it means they rule you.
