We just got off a long haul flight from Australia. Our room was ready and we were allowed to have early access to our room. The check in and staff were professional, fast and kind. The driver of the shuttle helped us with trolleys for our bags.

Cleaning and breakfast Staff was awesome. Hotel is old and smelly. Rooms and bathroom are cracking. Shower tub tiles are all patched up. Would not recommend. Hotel needs some serious upgrades.

The hotel needs to be updated. I'm not a particular person but there was a hole in the carpet about twice the size of my door key, there were scuff marks, furniture was worn, the noise from freeway and planes was much louder than I expected, there was no allowance for a later/earlier check out/in (other local hotels have allowed me to check in 3 hours early for no extra cost), I had booked a room with grab bars etc for my disability but no one asked if I needed any assistance with my luggage (solo traveller), long delays checking in. Bed was comfortable.
