The hotel is absolutely beautiful! It is clean and cozy. The receptionist Victoria was fast and friendly, and made check in easy. The room was exceptional! We had a 2 bed queen suite and everything was clean and spacious, one of the best hotels I've been to in Orlando and they weren't Disney affiliated. I will definitley return.

Splendid breakfast. It's fresh, delicious, and has a wide variety! The most delicious waffle mix and egg sandwiches. The staff is so kind and friendly, and is willing to get you anything you need. The kitchen is so cute and perfect for storing food and cooking. Would and will be staying again.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The glasses used remained unwashed in the sink. But the card to tip the cleaner with the QR code was always laid on the corner of the bed The showers are actually small enough that a larger person would really struggle to shut the shower doors. And the actual decor had odd colors put together that did not make sense so far as compatibility. I'm all for playful or creative, but the colors chosen were a bit jarring. I would not enjoy a vacation at this hotel; fortunately, we were attending a conference and in the rooms very little. The "free" breakfast inncluded cold eggs and sausage. The most appetizing food was the waffles that could be made hot off the griddle.
