Pretty Darn Good, But...

What we loved about this place: 1) Clean water dispenser in the lobby hallway, 2) Walking distance to gas station for additional snacks, etc, 3) Nice walking path on the peninsula (fresh air!), 4) Friendly, helpful staff, 5) Close to Emeryville Public Market. What we didn't like: 1) Small closet for hanging clothes, 2) NOISY toilet blast! 3) Faucet handle was stiff, 4) We wished there were more racks or hooks to hang towels.

Over priced old property

Paid extra for a room with a view. Half was of the bay and the other half was of a taller building next door. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. I asked for an emailed receipt which I still haven’t gotten and now I have $180 of charges on my credit card for only one night with parking. The property is not very accessible if you have someone with you with mobility issues. Even the lift to get around stairs doesn’t work. There is also some safety issues with the bathroom as the floor and tub are very slippery if wet and they don’t give you enough towels to make sure the area is safe for any mobility issues a guest may have. At one point I called down to the front desk and the young woman was irritated by my questions. Won’t stay here again
