2300 square feet of peace and quiet on the ninth floor. Two bedrooms feature top quality mattresses with 600 strand cotton linens, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, two massive terraces, outdoor grill, 260 mbps wifi, free dedicated parking space, 24 hour security.
Luma boasts the best beach and facilities in Nuevo Vallarta. 3 salt water pools, large professionally designed gym, beautiful gardens and grounds, on-site bar bistro, dozens of nearby restaurants 10km of bike path.
The space
Fully equipped and furnished 9th floor condo in tower two. The ninth floor in the original buildings boast 14 foot ceilings, larger balconies, upgraded bathrooms and decorative stonework, upgraded appliances, four rapid elevators per floor, each pair serving just 2 apartments per floor. The gourmet kitchen features, Monogram brand appliances, and is a fully equipped kitchen with blenders, knives, cutlery, glassware, dishes, pots and pans, spices etc. The high speed internet signal is broadcast throughout the condo at 260 mbps, fast enough to allow multiple movies to play while still having enough bandwidth to carryon a video conference call.
The recent complete renovation of the 3000 square foot gymnasium has added a full array of brand new professional level training equipment, free weights, mats, bands etc. The new spa and sauna and 3 whirlpools compliment the 3 massive saltwater infinity pools.
Directly in front of the apartment is a 14 km of stretch of clean white sand beach where you can enjoy kayaking, paddle-boarding, beach volleyball, swimming, or simply long strolls on the beach.
