Overall the hotel was beautiful and put together nicely. The pool scenes was amazing, I love that they had family pool and then an adult pool, the buffet was delicious. However just a couple things I did not like was watching others eat in the pool, it was windy so the food spilled inside, when it was time to do aerobics the instructor was very pushy. I go to relax not work out. If I said no then leave it at that. Then the doble beds, me and my husband slept in separate beds the entire trip cause the beds were too small.

The property was a decent 4 star. It does require some minor repairs but was very enjoyable. At times they had a hard time keeping up with food at breakfast buffet and was always the same. Beach and pool was great. Always could find shade when needed. Not a big selection of restaurants but they were good. Not the easiest to get into. Drink service by pools and beach was awesome and always friendly. Entertainment at pool was good. Entertainment at night, not so much. The fire shows were good. Wifi/ cell service was the worst. Shirt walk to Bucerias. Would look at staying there again.

Grounds are meticulously maintained and cleaned. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Noisy at the pool all day between screaming kids and adolescent adults, loud music.

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there. Manuel was the best bar waiter there. The property needs to keep a bar open longer for parents that have kids and just want to hang out on the patio facing the beach. It’s inconvenient to walk all the way to the lobby bar for a drink not to mention there is only a couple tables up there. Also need more chairs on the patio while sitting at a table. Sad that 2 of the bars are 18 and older. We couldn’t even sit at them with our teenage children. Our bed was rock hard but the room was good. No night life, entertainment all ends by 9:00pm.

Staff as always in Mexico were amazing, only complaint was not enough of them. Bars and snack bars should have had more than one person. Lobby should have had more seating around the bar, we had 18 people and were not able to seat them to visit. Loungers were full but I did see staff take pictures before 8:30 and remove towels/books from loungers 45 mins later if still unoccupied. All in all great vacation.

THE STAFF ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Karla,Damien, Edgar organised super fun activities around the pool and at night! The kids club kept our kids entertained and wanting to go back Thank you to Jennifer, Lizzy, Kyne and Sophia. Miss America was my favourite morning sunshine at the breakfast restaurant and Guadalupe made the best omelette every morning. The property was clean the room were clean, the food selection was great but the system to book the restaurants could be updated. The buffet had great selection and the fresh fish taco at the snack bar were delicious. My only change I would make to this hotel would be to update all the dining room chairs and pool chairs and also change the double beds for at least all queen beds. We will definitely go back to this resort just because the staff was so entertaining and amazing. Thank you, Mike Sophie Jesse and Brooklyn!

Our room was a swim out suite. It was a beautiful room, and kept very clean. The area we were in was very loud though as these rooms were situated close to where the nightly activities took place with loudspeakers. The grounds and pools were beautiful and very well kept. We found the food to be inconsistent - sometimes great (the poolside snack bars and some restaurants) and more average (the buffet). Great area, very pretty and we felt very safe walking around.

We found Salvador in Hospitality on level PB almost rude in communicating with us. The beachfront was not well maintained. Often found garbage and even dog poop around the loungers. Even sharp objects and a block of wood that caused injury.

For our first time to the PV area this hotel was good for the large group of people we had. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful to assist with any concerns we had. One of the rooms the AC didn't work and they were quick to see if it was repairable and move us to a new room. Ramon, Eric and Carla made our trip even more memorable when dining in Ayami for dinners, top shelf service. If a person is looking for a quiet resort, ample chairs on the beach and good food, this is the place. Thank you

Common areas of the property were well taken care of and impeccable. We upgraded to the Altitude package, and this allowed us a junior suite on the top floors with amazing views, and access to the Altitude suite,. Here we had access to coffee, tea, snacks, and alcohol at our pleasure. Excellent service from Yannecy in the Altitude suite. She booked us our a la carte reservations. Only downsides to the resort were the rooms needing updates, and the a la carte restaurants being hard to book, even with the Altitude package. The buffet had great food and good variety. Staff were extremely polite and welcoming. This resort seems to be very popular with fellow Canadians , as we found the majority of guests coming form Canada.

The rooms need an upgrade. The couch was filthy. The blinds were broken. The bed skirt was dirty. There was no hot water in the shower and no water pressure in the sink. The fridge also wasn’t making the drinks cold.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our favorites staff members were server Adrian at the family pool and Paulo the bartender. We never had issues finding 3 loungers together and didn’t ever get up super early to put our towels out. We preferred the family pool to the adults only pool as it’s so large and had a great vibe. The resort is clean and is kept up well. I had an issue with my door to my room as I would have to try several times to get my door open after activating with the electric key card but I didn’t complain as it wasn’t that big of a deal. My advice would be to tip the cleaning staff to make sure you get your bar fridge filled everyday as I heard some people complain about this. Also the elevator gets a bit busy sometimes so I chose to use the stairs mostly which I’m totally okay with. We saw a couple of people fall on the walking paths around the adults only pool. Wear shoes and dry your feet as it gets very slippery! We had a few near miss falls ourselves. The fish taco bar was incredible! I’m already missing my daily lunch! There is fish taco bar on one side by adult pool and a chicken tender bar by the Surf bar near family pool. Both served burgers, hot dogs, French fries, tortilla chips with queso. Buffet always had lots of options. I’m a vegetarian who eats seafood and always found lots to eat. The a la cartes were all good. Our favorite was the Mexican restaurant.

The Krystal Grand is a beautiful property, well kept, very clean, with very tentative and friendly staff. The food in the buffets was very tasty with a lot of variety and very good quality and friendy staff. We especially enjoyed interacting with Esther at breakfast each day. She is a delight, very outgoing, funny and a good server. The ala cart restaurants were very nice atmosphere, great food and professional staff. The bar staff at the adult pool were very good and made sure everyones drinks were full. The staff all over the resort were always asking if everything was good. We were pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to Altitude Club on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. The staff in the Altitude Lounge were very helpful, especially Yaneisy who went above and beyond to help buy flowers for my wife's 65th birthday. The beach is great, perfect for long walks and swimming and an easy walk to Bucerias.
