The staff specially the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and great pros.
The resort itself is just okay with some improvements needed. In general they need better cleaning specially in restrooms near the pools. There were people smoking in pools and staff don’t notice or say anything unless someone complains. The concept for the family pool is terrible because they have lounger chairs inside the water and kids and adults eat their snacks and drink while they are in the water. They also have a narrow walk way for people to walk to the other half of the resort and it’s just too narrow. The whole hotels at more than 50% capacity already feels very crowded. They also disable elevators when their occupancy is lower so it’s frustrating just having one elevator.
I will not stay here again. For almost the same money or a little more you can stay next door at Flamingo’s which is day and night difference.
The management need to make some changes and improvements and perhaps they will have more occupancy. They definitely need to widen the narrow walk way to the adult pool and stop disabling elevators and do a better job at hygiene and cleaning around the pools.
