It is a nice hotel, but they should of told us two of the main restaurants were closed, so we weren't able to eat at the house steak house because it was always full. We were only able to eat at the buffet. The staff was nice and friendly and the drinks were delicious. My favorite was the Maracuya margarita 🍹

The building can use some update. Bathroom lighting is very poor, and rooms can use update. Bathroom towel and robe are very rough. b Buffet area outside needs improvement to protect from rain during rainy season. Three times we had to leave our food and area due to no protection. Location, area and especially staff were amazing !!!! Will be back!!!!

we were traveling with the baby and there was no bath so showering was a challenge , the rooms and even the corridors are narrow and made everything a bit clumsy also the food made all my family including the baby sick you would expect that they will have a better selection of fruits and more dairy products whatever steak they served us was below any ihope standard the best thing was the pool. the kids pool was amazing , alot of roaming that my baby enjoyed think twice before choosing this one

La estadía en el hotel fue muy buena y quiero hacer varias menciones con respecto a la amabilidad y trato de algunas personas, por ejemplo: Noe en el departamento de maletería, su trato, disposición y respeto fueron excelentes a pesar de que solo lleva un mes en el empleo. Todas las jóvenes que atienden en el Spa. Además de las jóvenes que manejan el departamento de Altitud y por último Lupita la joven que hace los omeletes en la cocina. No tengo mas que excelentes comentarios para todo el personal del hotel.

This was very simply the best time. It started with the surprise semi-private pool that I didn't tell the wife about. The treatment we received was so nice. The food, both the buffet, and the reservation restaurant, was very good. Our trip was so nice. It was exceptionally nice to be taken to a special check-in room instead of having to stand in the heat and wait in line. The only challenge we had was that wifi became unreliable halfway through our trip. We managed, but I expect better than that for wifi when such is nearly a mandatory service in today's world.

The food was fantastic. Disappointed that they only had one restaurant open all week until our last day! Need upgraded lounge chairs for the adult only pool very weathered. Housekeeping staff amazing, very clean. Little to no entertainment which was disappointing, what they had was geared more towards children.

This was the DIRTIEST place I’ve ever stayed. It was incredibly overcrowded. The open buffet was old, disgusting and had flies everywhere. There was trash all over the resort. The room looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. There were hairballs and dirt inside the bed. The staff opened our door while we were changing (they didn’t knock either) and said “oh wanted to make sure you were in here” then walked away.
