Enjoy a view of the shared pool as well as a partial view of the ocean from your furnished balcony. Guests will be able to access that pool during their stay, as well as an outdoor shower and a shared gas grill. There's a ceiling fan and TV in each room so everyone can wind down at their own pace. Just set your swimsuits to go in the private washer/dryer and kick back!

Just head down across Gulf Boulevard and you'll be at the beach! Drop your line for something tasty (or just watch for dolphins) at the Navarre Beach Park Fishing Pier just over three miles away. Enjoy getting close to animals at the Gulf Breeze Zoo 12 miles from the condo. At the end of the day, you can relax with local cuisine from Dewey Destin's Navarre and Scooter's Fish House (both within five-and-a-half miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
