Not bad at all

This place was nice and clean contrary to the other older reviews here on VRBO. It looks to have been recently update not reflected in the current photos. All I can say is location, location, location just a block south of the boardwalk, you can't beat this area. Access to local restaurants, stores, and entertainment short walk or drive, as you prefer.I will definitely come back.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

We really feel that the description and pictures on VRBO were very misleading. It’s not the same couch, stove, or refrigerator as shown in pictures. The room was so filthy, mattresses very old and warped, there was vomit or something on the bed skirt. Took almost 24 hours to get a cleaner to come. The room next to us smoked on their balcony the entire time and we could smell it. Reached out to front desk and host, nothing was done. Cabinets and dishes were dirty. Upon arrival there was no soap, no garbage bags, no toilet paper! We had to go purchase these items.

Don’t stay here!!

The condo was dirty with food on the walls and hair in the bathroom. The dishes weren’t clean that were in the cabinet. There wasn’t any toilet paper on arrival. The dryer didn’t work and the staff were slow to respond. The beds are beyond wore out.

Great Location

We recently stayed at this property for a week. The location is great, right on the beach overlooking the pool. The unit has tile floors throughout, which is great with all the sand! The kitchen and washer and dryer is a nice plus for the unit. The stove is older but still functional and the refrigerator has an ice maker. Now the bad, the beds are in serious need of replacement. The bed frames are extremely noisy and the mattresses are uncomfortable to say the least. My wife ended up sleeping on the Murphy bed, which was a little better. My son ended up sleeping on the couch because the other bed was worse than the one I was sleeping on. Beware of your stuff left at the pool. We walked out to the beach on our last day and when we came back our shoes were gone. Someone decided they needed 3 pairs of Croc flip-flops worse than we did. The location is a 5 star, the mattresses 2 star. Overall I would give it a 4 star because of the location.
