Awesome price. Great location. Loved the room and the pools. Bed mattress was very old and sinking in the middle. Couch let out bed was broken. We will book again because it was worth the money!

Excellent location

Excellent location very relaxing. Very clean and came with everything we needed. check in staff was friendly. One of the pools is heated the other is not. We will definitely be back next year.

Very Nice for the Price! & Across from the Beach!

We were a 1hr and half late due to construction, traffic plus in between stops (kiddos) and the our key was waiting after hours very easy steps to follow, no trouble...I called just to let them know an hour ahead that were going to be late and they were so polite and understanding even metioned to take your time and drive safe, thank you!!! Our room #201 was really awesome overall, only thing I recommend is a more comfortable bed and upgraded refrigerator but it was nothing serious:) We right there by the pool could watch from the porch and see the beach from the balcony, really cool the ocean is BEAUTIFUL GORGEOUS AWESOME!!! Our first time and pray it will not be our last!!! Everything you need was close by...oh it was soooo much to do, we didnt know where to start! I recommend ed Al’s Burger- AWESOME! food! -Do not recommend Fish and Bowl- their fish tacos were not good neither the greenhouse salad (I think that’s what it was called)- bitter! gross! ...the arcade and bowling seem cool -we didnt, just went to eat. The boardwalk was awesome! The gulfinarium and the track in destine was AWESOME!

Flew my dad down for the holidays, and was looking for something reasonably priced for just the two of us. Condo is a little small but can easily fit 4-6 people (the couch was a pullout bed). It was off season so many of the attractions were shut down, but there are many touristy things to do when the season starts back up. Overall the room was in good shape, and all the appliances work; though it should be noted the only washer and dryer i found was a coin operated one on the first floor so plan accordingly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone trying to have a nice quiet week off by the beach, especially during off season considering the surrounding area is dead.

Great Family Stay

Big enough for a family of 4 to 6. Right across from the beach. Two swimming pools- one was heated. They have a small laundry area (we needed it). Very close to eating establishments and Walmart was 10 minutes away. The kitchen is a nice size to cook in. It was perfect.

Second stay at Gulfview not disappointing!

Minimally decorated, but clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked for preparing Thanksgiving meal, beds were comfortable, very close to pool, and private beach access. Would stay here again!

Nice Top Floor Condo

For the price, location was great condo was clean and roomy for our family of 5. The hallway bunk beds were great and gave our kids their own space. Place was relatively quiet and the location directly across from the beach with gate access made it convenient. Restaurants were close and due to the time of the year traffic flowed well. Pools were clean and not crowded, would recommend this place.

Nice Condo!

This was a very nice condo! Perfect for my family. The beach was directly across the street. Easy access. The sofa couch was not comfortable but other than that it was great.

Great view Easy Beach access

Arrived after 4pm easy check in. Info package was very good.In house WIFI worked great. The 2 teenagers took advantage of both pools. The view from the third floor was fantastic. The orientation of the complex provided shade from early morning until very late in the day. No sunburn from sitting on the balcony.

Close to the beach and restaurants

We requested a lower floor, however, ended up on the top floor. No elevators, no washer and dryer inside the unit. The flooring was slick as ice. It felt like sliding on baby oil. We asked for more towels to keep from breaking our necks only to be told that each towel would cost $5. We asked if the floor could be mopped and we were told yes. Never happened! A maintenance man appeared with a mop and said he would report the floor conditions. We tried to sleep on the sofa bed to watch the sunrise, however the coils in the mattress were sharp enough to puncture your flesh. The condo decorum was appalling and cheap. No ice maker, complimentary coffee or other perks. The refrigerator was a relic of the sixties. The gentleman never mopped but brought us 5 towels. He was very nice but said there was little for him to do because the ac unit needed repairs. Do not stay in condo no. 316 unless you have a yearning for a nightmare getaway!

Excellent

I initially gave this stay a 4 Star but then went back and gave it 5 stars. I started out disappointed as we were staying the resort beside where we reserved but also a Wyndham property. The other resort was probably no different as it was also very comfortable and though our needs were minimal. They met those and was constantly courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this resort as there was no drawback.
