I showed up without my purse and very little. The two employees at the front desk were very accommodating and helped me check in and provided some items to make my stay more comfortable in stressful circumstances for me. I felt much more relaxed once I got to my room and slept extremely well due to the amazing bed AND pillows. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to adult.

Get new pillows, they were terrible. All four pillows on the bed were completely flat when you laid on them. You can fluff them as much as you want but they immediately went flat once you laid down. I understand the difficulty in cleaning the parking lot in winter and with the holidays.

The hotel was clean. The food at the Chop House was mediocre at best. The faucet in the shower didn’t work. The pool was out of order and the one reason I picked this hotel. My 10 year old grandson wanted to swim. The Starbucks there is listed 24 hours but you can’t get coffee until 7am? What?? Then it’s not open 24 hours. Change the sign. Much better accommodations elsewhere. Would not stay again

Cold air was BLOWING into the pool area from a ceiling vent and the hot tub was under rapair, but we were not alerted to that point when checking in. Had we known, we wouldn't have changed into our suits and paraded through the hotel to be more cold.
