The whole room was shiny clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The Starbucks coffee in the lobby was wonderful. The location was nice and I felt safe there. My husband and I were there for three nights while we visited our son and his wife. We, or I, will now consider this hotel as our hotel of choice. Toni R.

Overall hotel and service is amazing here. This property has great amenities and the staff provide excellent service. Only comment would be that the rooms are slightly showing their age, despite this, they are very clean and the beds are comfortable! Definitely my go-to place to stay while in the Bloomington area!
