Worst booking ever!!

“Terrible maintenance and condition. From the pictures it looks good, but in reality when I got in there I wanted to scream and run out of there in the first 3min. Everything is old, outdated furniture, not well taken care of, dark, no lights in the kitchen so I could not use it at night, the mattress is not comfortable, at all. The bathroom had molden on the bathtub/shower area. The fridge, chairs and table were not clean from last usage. It was listed as a 3.5 stars hotel and I paid a price for a 3.5 stars hotel, but did not get anything close to that. Tried to contact the management right away to complain, but got no answer from the number provided, so I sent an email, which was replied in the next day, saying that they would send someone there to fix the lights and clean the apartment, but guess what? Nobody showed up. Tried to cancel the booking in the first 5min I got in, but Hotels.com was not able to, as the fare was non-refundable “under any circunstances”, so got stuck with that crap. Worst booking ever!!! Not recommended, AT ALL. “
