The unit was sufficient for two people. It is a nice little unit with all the essentials needed for a short stay. It would be very tight for four unless you were bringing your children. Mattress was worn out. Nice to have the tiki bar just down the walkway. Problem was secondhand smoke from another unit that was blowing into the condo every day. Overall good experience.

GREAT place!!!!!

This met all of our expectations. Nicely updated. Fantastic location and wonderful view out the screeded porch. Full equipped kitchen and plenty of pool and beach equipment. Even beach towels included. Nice that we could get free parking for the beach. Beds were pretty comfortable. If I could change something it would be replace sofa. That one is very uncomfortable. It would be nice to have a Keurig also, but coffee maker was ok. We loved it and are going back to same unit next year! Thank you for clean nice place!

Great spot - had all we needed

Rental management folks were great. Gave us a pass to park for free in their lot right by South Beach and the key pick up and drop off was super easy. The condo was very comfortable - had everything we needed. Appreciated the beach umbrella, the comfy beach chairs, and the little cooler - all came in handy. Thanks for a great stay!

Well-maintained condo and great location

I booked the condo to be close to family on the island. The property was like the photos with plenty of extra towels and warm blankets (during the random 30-degree nights). Check-in and check-out super easy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful unit. Loved all the extras

Beautiful unit, it was clean and loved the extras like beach chairs, pool toys. We were pleasantly surprised with how well the kitchen had all utensils we needed. Nice view from the Balcony, carts available to use to bring luggage to room. Also room was quiet. I would highly recommend and would definitely plan to rent this same unit again.

Great condo with nice views of pool and river

Everything was perfect. The owner was very gracious and allowed us to check in early and check out late. Since our flight was at night it gave us a few extra hours to enjoy the pool. Even though beach access was about 1 mile away, the property management company gave us a parking pass for their parking lot with beach access across the street. That was very helpful.
