Review of the Hilton in Madison

The stay was good overall and the breakfast was your typical American breakfast items. It was great to see fresh fruit and almond milk and the oats were in a plant based milk. It would be great to see more organic items and vegan choices. The hash browns were too spicy for me. The room was clean and the kitchen was a great feature. I would suggest to update the artwork. This looked dated. Also, It would of been nice to have a few more towels. The beds were very flat and hard for our liking. Overall, we would stat here again.

We were able to check in early so that was a huge plus! The staff at the front desk was very nice. The hotel smelled clean. The room was clean and comfortable! I would stay here again! (Just would recommend better pillows)

The king bed room with sofa was superb. Extra large room, nice air conditioning, full kitchen, and clean. This hotel does allow pets which were annoying in elevators and people who brought their pet into the breakfast area. The hotel does need to advise pet owners to keep pets out of food service. I appreciated the hotel using washable plates and bowls instead of paper. Parking was a huge problem. The lot is connected to Hampton Inn and there were not enough spaces I had to park at a different hotel owned by Hilton and walk 3 blocks to our hotel.
