Staff is great and helpful, the room is just meh. Curtains had a broken handle (my son fixed it), faucet is loose on the sink, chip in the side of the bathtub, stuff like that. The bedding is really thin so it was cold without having a really loud fan with heater on. Would like at least one thick blanket.

The bathroom toilet was made for a toddler, carpet hasn’t been cleaned in years, ice machine didn’t work on the floor. If you want to rent the room by the hour, expect drunk people to sit on the steps outside, and have drugs openly used in the parking lot, then this is the place for you .

Staff was wonderful with check in and explaining all the amenities. The bed was so comfortable and room was nice although you can tell when they updated the room it was not the greatest you can see all the imperfections in remodeling
