The hotel staff, breakfast, and room was good. The major drawback for this hotel is the median in the road in front of this hotel. If you are heading East going towards the hotel, you have to go past the entrance about 1/2 a mile and exit the highway and take the loops to get back heading West. This is not convenient way to be able to access this property.

The man who checked me in was kind of grumpy. Not friendly or warm. Maybe it was an off day for him? He wasn't well groomed tho. The room was big. Bathroom was clean enough. It smelled like they used bad carpet powder for odor tho. Not pleasant. Bed was hard.

Beds were very comfy, bathroom was clean and smelled of bleach. Didn't even stay 24 hours but no complaints between the front desk, my bed and back out

The staff is fabulous. The facility not so much. There were no parking spaces when we got there. Were told to park in handicap. Went up to bed and got a call to come move car. Now on the plus side, the manager moved his car for us to park. This should not have been necessary. The breakfast was AWFUL. cold coffee, bread and sweet rolls so stale they broke in pieces, sausage grey and undercooked. Assume there is no edible breakfast.

We needed a single night stay and took a shot on a place rated 2 stars overall. The people at the front desk had customers smiling when I checked in - helpful and efficient. Plus, there were cookies. Our room was clean, the pool was fun, and breakfast was nice. The fundamentals done well. Recommended.

Great staff- check. Quick and easy check in- check. Comfortable, clean room- check. Close proximity to a variety of restaurants- check. Back on the road- check.

First of all there is no parking here. And in order to find a parking spot you have to park across the street at the Perkins. The staff are too busy parking their cars in the already incredibly limited client parking to notice or care. They give you grief if you try to check in at 2:59 instead of 3 o'clock. They are rude when you call to explain that the hot tub in your room does not work, which is the only reason you chose this hotel over others. The hot tub doesn't get finish during your stay, the air conditioning doesn't work, and the walls are very very thin. The nighttime desk attendant doesn't care when their children running up and down the halls at 1 AM on a Thursday night. Will not be staying here ever again would not recommend to anyone.

Just needed a place to stay for one night on a business trip. Didn't want to spend a bunch of money on such a brief overnight stay, but didn't want a dive either. I found Comfort Inn & Suites to be a great value; the room was very clean and comfortable, great location and the staff person was helpful. I would book this hotel again.

The food was good, the room service could have been better. The bed comfort was average

it was warm. the room was comfortable, the pool felt good and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. i will use this hotel again!

Did some shopping, ate, and went swimming

I went to the Kohl Center for high school basketball. I was promised a shuttle service and there wasnt one. I was put in one room over a dozen flys on the window and next room had over 6 lady bugs like flying around. A ride that suppose to take 7 miles took me 35 miles because I didnt know my way around Madison. When I got back to the hotel I couldnt fine a parking spot. I will never go back to u guys.

We were traveling through Madison on our way to the East Coast. The hotel was conveniently located to I-90 and restaurants and shopping were across the street. The bed was comfortable, room clean, and great delivery restaurants. The cable was exceptional for us because they offer you MTV, CMT, and all the channels where other chains only give you a selection of channels. We were impressed with the complimentary breakfast and the staff was very friendly. We were given a handicap accessible room which was nice but we were on the 6th floor and I felt like I was showering in a coffin due to the low ceilings. The shower head was removable but had poor pressure and a weak spray. There was a dead fly hanging on the ceiling over our vanity and cobwebs over our bed. However the positive out-weigh the negative and overall I would stay at this hotel again; as we did have a restful stay.

easy access off the highway. Also very close to shopping and restaurants. Went to a meeting on the West side and it only took a few minutes to get there from this location.

Very friendly staff and relaxing environment

Nice, basic room. I thought $120 was a little pricey for room. I believe it should be in the $85 - $90 range. Great location!

Nice place to spend the night. Short distance from Alliant Energy Center. Great price.

The location was very difficult to get to. The surrounding roads were hard to navigate. Location as far as amenities were concerned was great. Large shopping center and plenty of restaurants around hotel.

Convenient location at half the price of the downtown hotels. Just off the Interstate highway, yet had a quiet setting away from the traffic. Easy access to shopping and dining locations, while still an easy commute into the downtown and university area. Room was comfortable with internet access, and breakfast offered ample choices.

Pleasantly surprised by this great value. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the sound restful. The couch set up added comfort and room. It was nice to watch TV sitting in the couch than in the bed. No complaints!
