Noisy, noisy, noisy! Had to change rooms as the noise from the nearby elevator and doors closing was annoying! New room was worst than the old room as it was a foot away from a loud closing fire door! Bathrooms are a hazard! A huge slippery high bathtub dominates the bathroom! The best thing about this hotel is the location.

The room (Number 336) was small which is not unusual for the style of building, however the bathroom was extremely small and cramped and there was no space available to put toiletries etc. The flannels, toothbrush cups etc were located on the toilet cistern as there was no where else for them to be placed. Also, the shower water temperature was barely luke warm. The room was extremely tired and in need of refurbishment. The carpet was very old and dirty and there were dubious marks and stains on the headboard, chair and carpet. Breakfast was very disappointing. The hot selection was cold, the toaster was broken and the milk jugs were empty. The hygiene standard at the buffet could do with some attention. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful but I would not stay here again.

We stayed at a Family Room at Radisson Blu in South Kensington for 4 nights. The stay overall was pleasant and the hotel is located in a great place with access to tube and so many shops and restaurants. The room was OK but the cleaning was done later in the afternoon rather than mornings. The access to the room required multiple steps which was quite challenging with 3 pieces of luggage. I wish they had informed us or offered some help when we checked in to the room. Also, for a family room, there weren't enough drawers and the entrance hall was occupied by a 4th bed that was folder away. We expected a bit more space and room quality but the beauty of London and the surrounding areas very well compensates for that.

It is in a great location and the staff were all great, check in all day and efficient. It’s just very dated and tired. It’s an old building and that really shows inside. The bathroom was tiny and we had to put the plug in the bath due to a drain smell. We used vouchers so didn’t cost us anything but I would have been a bit disappointed if I’d paid full price.

The first room I was given during a recent three-day stay was so bad it felt as if I had walked into a hostel. The carpet was dirty, lumpy and coming away at the edges around the wall. The window was open (even though it was January in London) and I couldn't get it to close. And the phone didn't work. I immediately told them I needed another room. The other room I was given was much better but the carpet was still old and dirty. Overall though I would not recommend this hotel given how bad that first room was and the overall inconsistency.

The hotel was nice. The room were clean and the lobby was clean. On the surface I would stay here again. But we did have some items get taken from our room. We talked to the front desk staff several times about it on different days and they didn't do anything. They did not follow up with us about the matter. They seemed to really not care about it. Which was very off putting.

front desk staff was great and very helpful with information, check in and luggage assistance. the room had strong odors, was in a "basement" with low ceilings and an inoperable window to the service alley. there was an unsafe lump in the flooring leading to the bathroom. The hair dryer malfunctioned. the heating system had an odor of sewer. There was a "spare" radiator provided which i now understand, because the heating did not work right. the bathroom was completely heated by towel heaters which did not work. it was pretty cold in there if the door had been shut, or even if it was left open. The wi-fi only worked if i left the room and went to a nearby space in the hallway. I even logged into the hotel wifi several times, forgot the network on my phone, etc. it just never had more than 1 bar. On my second day in the hotel, the cleaners made up the room. I was very happy to see this, but when I opened the refrigerator, it contained someone else's food - and it was fish. Totally unacceptable. How can they leave food in the guest's fridge during cleaning? Just gross, and also it seems to be a bit of a violation of privacy - the fridge wasnt a mini-bar. they had no need to open it, other than maybe to clean. I told the hotel of these issues, and they apologized but offered nothing. If you stay here, note that the lobby is very nice, but the rooms are just OK. And, make sure that your room faces the street or you might also be stuffed in the basement.

Getting to the room was like a maze. The elevator was out of service and had to navigate about 10min everytime to get to my room. The rooms were also very small and one socket outlet in the room.

Clean and everything worked. The shower was lovely, fierce and hot, however you couldn't move the head and it was angled such that it drenched the rest of the bathroom. But staff very nice indeed and bar and restaurant very good. Comfy bed and good telly. Wifi worked very well.

The hotel was nice. What made it memorable was the staff. Specifically, Tanvi, Janice, Lanita and Dhanvi. The entire front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were cared for and welcomed- every day. We stayed in this hotel for a week, and everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, knowledgable and pleasant. 5 Star Staff!! Thank you for your gracious hospitality!!
