Staff were helpful and hotel was clean and comfortable. Great location. Unfortunately the second bed in the quad room was very uncomfortable. It was a sofa bed and the mattress was very thin.

The kitchen ws fully equipped. There were supermarkets and restaurants nerby. Two train stations were a short walk away. The room and bed were very comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay and would certainly return here whenever we are back in London. The staff was also very helpful. We didn't have the breakfast buffet but it was a god option to have.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was perfect for my family of five. Everything was very clean and in working order. The front desk staff was very quick when we checked in and we were in our room within minutes.

The room was small but serviceable. The sofa was not real comfy, but the bed and bedding was very nice. For being in London, the room was very quiet and convenient to the underground station about a block and a half away.

We enjoyed our stay there. The location was great close to Hyde park. Lots of convenient stores, eateries and gift shops nearby. Train station is also close by. Staff was nice and very helpful.

The staff behind the desk are extremely rude and obnoxious especially the boy with blondish hair seems youngish and has zero people skills. We did not get the room we paid for and therefore had to sleep on the most uncomfortable sofa bed, the sink in the bathroom filled right up and did not drain away, the room was absolutely tiny for 4 people and 4 suitcases plus carry on bags. Overall disgusting experience and stay away from this hotel. Such a shame that the manager has no clue how the staff treat customers, I suggest you do your research before employing such imbeciles. Where I come from you would get the sac on the spot for disrespecting my business. Not at all worth the money we paid. From Australia.

We loved this location for having access to a kitchen, being able to buy groceries which are nearby, and make our own food. The building is dated, hallways are very narrow and the elevator is slow, but there are not a lot of floors. The room was spacious, beds were very firm and pillows very flat. Bathroom was decent though we could not get the plug in the bathtub to work. Having air conditioning was a life saver as it was 33c and humid the week we were there.

While staying at this hotel I received several bug bites. I asked the hotel to investigate and they couldn’t confirm what the source was. In addition, two of my items went missing and again the hotel mgt had zero explanation for this. The manager advised that they have an issue with mice in the court yard but had no explanation for the bug bites.

The air-conditioning - specially selected, though it turned out yo be a stand-alone unit - was broken in one bedroom. We were told it could not be fixed or replaced. Also, there was a mouse in another bedroom that managed to get into one of our backpacks and chew through a sealed wrapper to nobble on a protein bar. The staff were nice and apologetic, but the hot weather and broken a/c plus mouse made for an uncomfortable stay.

The location is great but if you can’t walk steps or have limited mobility work with the apartment management directly. We were on fifth floor and elevator only went to fourth floor. Very convoluted walking patterns.

Good location for tourism

Good location within walkibg distance of Hyde Park and two tube stations. Several options for food nearby. Bathroom nicely renovationed. Laundry services resonabke rates. Kitchenette adequately stocked. No freezer, though. Windows draughty. Pull out couch was dufficult to reassemble.
