I had never have had such a bad experience. I got there and front desk said they only had smoking rooms available. I had requested two queens and non smoking room because I had my kids. They did t even apologized, they only gave me the option either get a smoking room or cancel. I asked them if I could get a discount, they didn’t, they ended up given me a non smoikroom with a nice view but just a king bed and they sent me an extra small horrible bed that I could even notice the metal. My husband could sleep all night for it was so uncomfortable. I called in the morning to see if they could give me another room the next night, they said to call back after noon, to see if they would have one available . I decided to stay there or we would not be able to go to the river. Since moving from room to room takes time and I had to be waiting../ they never offer me something in exchange. Besides, the room was so dusty and the coffe machine looked like it was never cleaned..etc

Elevators were not working properly. Took elevator from 7th floor to 1st floor, door did not open. Elevator went up to the 3rd floor and could not get it to go down. Had to call for assistance. This is the 2nd time in a year we were experiencing elevator issues here. Staff at front desk Al was very helpful with assisting us on a room canceleation.

Older hotel but gets the job done.

Strong smell of cigarettes loom throughout the entire property. Elevators are slow and packed especially on busier nights. Crowd is very rowdy and sloppy drunk. Room definitely shows its age and could use a deeper clean. Bed was sinking and well used could use replacing.
