I had never have had such a bad experience. I got there and front desk said they only had smoking rooms available. I had requested two queens and non smoking room because I had my kids. They did t even apologized, they only gave me the option either get a smoking room or cancel. I asked them if I could get a discount, they didn’t, they ended up given me a non smoikroom with a nice view but just a king bed and they sent me an extra small horrible bed that I could even notice the metal. My husband could sleep all night for it was so uncomfortable. I called in the morning to see if they could give me another room the next night, they said to call back after noon, to see if they would have one available . I decided to stay there or we would not be able to go to the river. Since moving from room to room takes time and I had to be waiting../ they never offer me something in exchange. Besides, the room was so dusty and the coffe machine looked like it was never cleaned..etc

Property outdated, staff are rude and give attitude. Valet parking sucks. No price was given instead they asked how much are we willing to pay to get help. Paid$40 for valet parking. Reservation was paid in full months before and upon checking in they charged us $78 fee for something I don't even know plus a deposit fee of $25.88. Reservation was for 1 king bed room and some lady came to help the one checking us in and said “well, if they really want their room they'll have to take what we have” walked away and we had no say. We ended up In a 2 queen bedroom with few bathroom towels. And no riverview as we had requested and paid for in advance.

When we arrived for check in, we automatically ate went to our room, changed and hit the pool. When we came back I wanted to shower. Let the water run and when I went to get in it was clogged because of hair in the drain. Called front desk they said they would call someone and 30 minutes after still no one. Called housekeeping and after 20 minutes they showed up. The beds are old and so uncomfortable! The rooms feel musty.

Our stay at The Aquarius Casino Resort was amazing! The property was very clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The place is clean and the rooms are nice. I seem to remember the whole casino was non smoking at some point, but maybe I'm misremembering. It's not too smokey but you still smell it. Only complaints are that the parking structure elevators need some TLC, and it would be nice if they had more EV chargers.

Some staff were friendly but most were not. The hotel is definitely showing its age. Drains in shower and bathroom sink were very slow. Overall not great but not bad.
