Hotel looks run down . When I was booking its said remodel rooms . So I reserved a non smoking remodel room .When we showed to our room. The room looked dark it needed mor light . I didn't look clean. the bed was low to the ground. back of the dresser was so dirty that I took pictures of it and the air-conditioning cover was leaning against the wall. I showed to the receptionist that was checking me out , and the only thing the did is waived the resort fee. I don't recommend this hotel and walking through the casino was irritating my eyes and skin from the cigarette smoke.

Old dated property with antiquated plumbing (standing drain water ankle deep while showering). Wrinkled, bulging carpeting on the 4th floor main hallway. Large Marked up “casino” pricing for restaurants, fast food, ice cream, sundries, Starbucks, etc. Tiny old TV inside a credenza with missing door. A “virtual” assistant will text you asking if you need help; even after saying yes, nothing was fixed with the room. Don’t call front desk because they won’t answer. Internet slow and sketchy; got disconnected so many times that you’re better doing a “hot spot” with your cell phone.

Staff very nice and helpful. We were able to check in early. We even decided to stay an extra night and keep the room we were in. Room was clean and we had a great view of the Colorado River. Only down part of our room was not enough outlets for charging cell phones and other devices.

Hotel is located right on the river, beautiful views and a beach to relax on. Perfect location. Overall it was an excellent stay, the only negative was the front desk staff, very unfriendly
