The staff was supper friendly my whole trip, but on the other hand the room was gross. Bathroom looked like somebody got ready in there then maybe changed the sheets. I booked this place because I made sure you can fish on the beach area. Come to find out you can’t fish on their property. The security people made sure of it that we weren’t fishing when there was nothing saying we can’t. Unsure of why they were so worried about my boyfriend and I fishing when people our age are getting into trouble. I will definitely be staying at riverside next time.

I loved Greg he is a fabulous card dealer! His energy is explosive . He can make you laugh and feel good while taking your money. One of the top 5 dealers I have ever experienced and I have been to every major city with casinos and also in different countries. GREG is the BEST !

Overall experience was ok not fantastic so many extra fees for lounge chairs used on the beach resort fees so many fees for use of things that came with the room price and the rooms had a facelift not total gut job like our sink top was old but shower was new……pretty hodge podge for the room rate that ended up not being a good deal at all

North tower elevators were slow, there was a long line just to go up to the rooms . Everything else was excellent at hotel . The range steak house with amazing food. Ill would stay at Harrah’s Laughlin casino .
