The property was in good condition. We brother dog and we had the sliding glass door to take her out to use the restroom. Love the setup.

Golden Nugget Laughlin

We arrived and asked for an early checki in, the hotel could not accommodate. That is understandable. We put our things away and went out for entertainment. Arrived back at our room late at night and the room temp was 53°. The HVAC unit in the room was broken and was cooling non stop. There were no additional rooms to switch to. A maintenance guy showed up at 1 am. Said he would be 45 minutes getting parts and then start the repair. While he was gone, i got the temp to come up some and called down to the desk to say that we would wait until the morning. Upon waking in the morning, found that there were no towels at all or even a wash cloth. Called the desk and were informed that housekeeping would start work in an hour or so and we could have towels then. Many more issues during the stay. Restraunts being closed at 7 pm. Not enough staff to run the casino tables. All in all, not great.

The staff was friendly and the property was well kept from what I experienced. I did have an issue with the bathtub not draining after a shower. Another concern were the elevators were down to the rooms. That did not bother me as much because I prefer to use the stairs however, if I had luggage that was too heavy for me to carry, it would’ve been an annoyance. I would not mind staying here again.

Valley parking in Bell boys were awesome front desk. Staff was great. Didn’t do very well on the VLT machines but other than that the food was great lots of options right in the golden nugget.
