This hotel is disgusting. The rooms are so gross and not cleaned. I was having a panic attack just staying there. Someone stole my wedding ring. Do not stay here. The front desk is rude. It was a money in February and I asked for a 30 minute later checkout and the front desk lady rudely laughed at me and said “absolutely not” when I cheerfully called in the morning. I hate this place. If my in laws weren’t here I wouldn’t step foot in this dump

The pool was off limits so we didn't bother, but the staff was friendly. Both at the front desk and at the dinner restaurant. There ice machines were not working at 3 of the 4 floors i checked

Check in was easy and the lady was nice. We ate at the Moon Shadow grill it was good but if you dont like your meat smoked in mesquite then not for you. The jacuzzi was nice but whwn i went back to the room to rinse off after the shower had no water and the toilet had no water.
